Dear NHL owners, bring on the 'scabs'
 

Seriously, lets go. Turn the heat up on these NHLers. Actually I wouldn't call them scabs, just replacement players.

Would you watch the NHL with replacement players?

yup, players would cross the line so fast there Union's head would spin.

I mentioned this in the older threads and everybody got upset.I don't think it would work all around, but there are definately markets that it would...Colorado, Minnesota, Detroit, and all of the Canadian ones too probably.

I'd watch just to piss on the union.

Well the NHL players have run off to take playing positions from European players, I see no reason to feel any loyalty to them. I had very little to begin with, but for them to just fly off and play elsewhere intead of working... forcing a resolution, it just further sides me in favour of the owners.

Hell yeah, sh</>it I go to minor league games when I have no idea who's playing. I want hockey dammit, and if I have to watch replacement players, I'm fine with that. I can't fu</>cking stand it when a bunch of people who get paid to play and produce games can't get their sh</>it together and just do it.

To hell with the farm system, it's not like they can't go and sign a bunch of temp Europeans and other semi-pro players. Wouldn't it be ironic if the Euros that lost their playing position in Sweden or whereever came to play for the NHL clubs. HAHAHA, and say... Carolina won the Stanley Cup with names like Svendholm, Gustasphon, Cochrane, Salmin, Gonzales, Juan etched on the Stanley Cup.

I guess so... it would probably be torture. Either the guys can't shoot worth crap or the goalie lets in every shot.
