:wtf: I'm not old enough or american so I have no clue when this was or how it tasted.Anyone know or had these? BTW why does Link look like one of the old Snap,Crackle and Pop guys at the end? Discuss weird/stupid gaming merchandise here. |
I remember that ad... never had the cereal
|
lol, Nintendo Cereal System
|
Good stuff. I think...
I remember eating it, and I think I liked it. Although, at that point, I liked anything that had a Nintendo logo slapped on it. Hell, I even liked that god-awful SMB3 cartoon (not "Super Show"). |
Yeah, those things kicked ass.
|
Yeah I remember having Zelda and Mario cereal. Still recall it tasting damn good too.

I remeber the Nintendo soda. I think I have some old ones lying around in my old attic.
|
Mario ice cream pops were the goods.
As well as those WWF ice cream bars, with the different wrestlers on the cookie thing in front, with vanilla ice cream behind it, and choclate in the back. |

But WWF Ice cream bars are supreme. |

They looks a little like link looks at the end of that commercial but not there CG guys and look diffrent from that. |
I'm old enough to remember the theme song for the Nintendo cereal.
It was to the tune of Super Mario Bros Level 1-2 Nintendo, Its for breakfast now Nintendo, its a cereal WOW! |
lol, yeah I definately had those. Also the wrestling ice cream bars were the best of all-time. It was like an event just to see who got what guy and what card everyone got.

Speaking of good snacks with cards inside, anyone remember Turtle Pies. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle version of those Hostess half moon shaped deals. I had like 2 or 3 series of those things and at those for breakfast all the time. |
I just found another weird videogame related commercial :wtf:
