UEFA champions league results

Holy Moose. Did anyone catch Chelsea V Barcelone last night? By far one of my top 10 games of all time (well, of my time). I'm staying tuned to watch the Mighty Reds tonight against Leverkusen, but does anyone think that last night's Chelsea match was one of the best witnessed in Champions League history?

Dazz 03-09-2005 08:21 AM

Thats whats been talked about in the Football thread right below this.

Chavo Classic 03-10-2005 11:17 AM

cheers.

I say we keep this one open, the football one is so damned long, I make a post in it and then the next day theres like 5 new pages.

When is the next game on US tv?

Dazz 03-10-2005 12:33 PM

Thats Rajah's your thinking of, ours only does about a page a day. The next European game on US TV will probably be Inter Milan Vs Porto next week.

Wengerland 03-10-2005 04:07 PM

I think the US get some FA Cup games too, someone on a Leicester board said our game was being shown over there.

Foxes in the United States can watch Leicester's FA Cup Quarterfinal tie at Blackburn Rovers LIVE on Fox Soccer Channel at 8 a.m. Eastern/5 a.m. Pacific.

Nervous Ferret 03-10-2005 04:08 PM

I'm at school at 8AM

Wengerland 03-10-2005 04:09 PM

It's on Sunday.

Nervous Ferret 03-10-2005 04:11 PM

I'm asleep then

Loose Cannon 03-10-2005 04:34 PM

Inter Milan vs Porto? Seriously? That's 2 of my favorite teams :D

Nervous Ferret 03-10-2005 04:37 PM

No I only watch Sunderland games.

BCWWF 03-10-2005 06:33 PM

We had the Chelsea Barcalona game but I didn't know so I didn't see it

Also you have to keep in mind that most soccer on in the US is only on specialty channels that nobody gets. There is some Bungledesa Kickoff on all day today on one of our foreign channels, then one taped Premiership game on FSN, then once every two weeks is a Champions League I think. I know they usually put the final game on ESPN, when will that be?

Nervous Ferret 03-10-2005 07:16 PM

lol BCWWF likes soccer....FAgggggggggggggggggg

Nervous Ferret 03-10-2005 07:16 PM

only cuz he's Ameican. Everyone else is allowed to like it.

The Answer 03-10-2005 10:11 PM

Porto all the way baby...... In Benny I trust

McDoogle 03-10-2005 10:13 PM

Inter will win you piece of shit...or at least tie 0-0. I hope.

BCWWF 03-10-2005 10:19 PM

He's just jealous because Dazz and I are lifelong fans of the best team in the world (or at least for the past five or six years)

WOOOOO.

By the way Barca need to learn the word 'Class' as they have none. Well apart from some of their players, but.. man.
