I'm not sure, but I know there are a few others if we're only talking about the WWE.

yea Hart Vs HBK is missing off there....most people have said that was the first ladder match. Dont know if its true or not.

It was the first ladder match in the WWE. It was done before that in Stampede Wrestling in the 70s I believe.
