Problem
 

I don't know what the hell it is with my computer but it keeps having this problem. I will click on a program and the hourglass showing its loading will come up for a couple seconds then it will go back to the arrow. And the program won't start at all.

It happened before with some DVD program and never worked and now this mp3 player program won't start up either that I just installed.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

I have had that happen with Windows Media Player. All I did was restart :o
