Okay, best legitimate heat.

Probably won't get as big a response as the the "most hated wrestler" thread, but who do you think draws the most heat for legit reasons? That means not for screwing his buddy's girlfriend, not for holding people down, but for being the biggest cocksmoking motherfucker on your TV Screen.

I say JBL. While he's a shit wrestler, he is a promo-cutting God with legit heat. Fucking hate the guy offscreen, but he's GOLD.

Honorable mentions to Kurt Angle, who's been doing pretty good with the stick, though not his best. His in-ring actions (Including the Ankle lock on Sensational Sherrie) give him a lot of points, just not enough to make my #1 slot.

Gouda 04-12-2005 03:08 PM

Hassan and Daivari by far.

SuperSlim 04-12-2005 04:04 PM

Hassan and JBL are the top two legit heels.

LK 04-12-2005 04:04 PM

That title I would think goes to Hassan and Daivari

Fignuts 04-12-2005 04:07 PM

I we're talking all time, then I have to say the Dudleys during their ECW days. As for right now JBL gets the most heat I think.

KingofOldSchool 04-12-2005 04:11 PM

JBL!

JBL!

JBL!

JBL!

JBL

Hassan

Shadow 04-12-2005 04:28 PM

Going with JBL here. Dude is mad over as a heel. Which is scary.

Also Raven can get it done when he wants to.

Kane Knight 04-12-2005 04:39 PM

I was thinking current, but if you want to go with all time, feel free.

Innovator 04-12-2005 04:41 PM

Raven had legit heat in WCW

the NWO when they debuted

HHH as the game in 2000, before it became X-pac heat

Corndad 04-12-2005 05:06 PM

Yea... All fail in comparison to the dreaded... XPac heat.

LK 04-12-2005 05:08 PM

In terms of all time the Dudleyz in ECW rank right up there with anyone.

3:16 04-12-2005 05:25 PM

JBL... even my wife hates him and she doesn't like wrestling!

PureHatred 04-12-2005 05:30 PM

JBL. With Hassan's gimmick, he doesn't have to do a fucking thing and he'd be getting heat from the crowd.

RemyRed 04-12-2005 05:30 PM

JBL, hell the entire Cabinet (especially Jordan) seems to get major heat.

Maluco 04-12-2005 06:51 PM

JBL without a doubt, his facial expressions and mic skills are fantastic. He is arrogant and obnoxious and people hate him for it. At the same time as wanting to see him get beaten, I am just disappointed it was to Cena, can't stand the guy, and if someone like Guerrero or Benoit (moved to Smackdown) had been built up again to take the title off him, I would have paid to watch it happen.

Its even more impressive cause I could not stand the guy before this gimmick, but he has one me over, would love to see a Jericho/JBL feud o something like that now, someone who coul get a match out of him.

Londoner 04-12-2005 10:53 PM

I would say the main three thhat have been mentioned: Hassan, JBL and Kurt Angle, i wouldnt say Daivari cos he can't even speak english...you would've thought one of the requirements to be allowed to speak on the mic would be to actually be able to speak english. But then again, i'm thinking logically here, and we all know about the WWE and logic.

Zen v.W.o. 04-12-2005 11:04 PM

If you watched Piper in the 80's, well then you would know why he gets my vote for all time. Well he's right up there with maybe a couple other names.

Now? Smackdown I believe edits their shows and perhaps the crowd reactions..I think they do this at times, which is why I hate taped shows. So no, I'm not picking JBL. Hassan would be a good vote. Although the means in which he is getting it is not too original.

Londoner 04-12-2005 11:07 PM

^I think thats abit harsh on JBL there. You can't prove that actually happens, the things JBL says i would imagine get good heat.

redoneja 04-12-2005 11:09 PM

Currently, JBL and Hassan

All time would be Bobby Heenan and Ted Dibiase

Zen v.W.o. 04-12-2005 11:11 PM

I'm sure they do. But is it cuz they really hate JBL, or he was just shoved down people's throats and there really is no other big time heel there anyways. Talk about HHH getting x-pac heat, well I'm thinking people are just as tired of JBL. I dont know, I think if you poll not just net fans but if you could poll the marks out there, and ask who they hate the most you'd get a different name. I still cant grasp JBL as somebody the fans really care that much about. I think if JBL moved to raw for example, he'd lose the heat and steam he has right now going for him, and people would eventually forget about him. I could be way off though.

BigDaddyCool 04-12-2005 11:15 PM

HHH?

Nark Order 04-12-2005 11:24 PM

Hassan. They're building him and Daivari up brilliantly.

Londoner 04-12-2005 11:26 PM

Btw, very funny MB for neg repping me for my opinion, bitch.

James Steele 04-12-2005 11:41 PM

JBL

YOUR Hero 04-12-2005 11:43 PM

No mention for Hogan in the all time heel catergory? The guy was an awesome heel in NWO.

Hassan is using the "USA sucks" ruotine at the momnet, too easy to generate heat, so he looses points for it, so I'd say Angle.

Nark Order 04-13-2005 01:35 AM

It is pretty easy for Hassan to generate heat with his current gimmick, however I think that he'd get it no matter what he was doing. He has some pretty godly mic skills...

Dude... the guy speaks plenty of English... just not on TV. On RAW, he's SUPPOSED to spout Farsi (well, the WWE would have you believe Arabic, but whatever).

Plus, he HAS spoken some English on RAW. I think there were one or two backstage segments.

Fox 04-13-2005 01:49 AM

Currently: Probably JBL, with Christian and Edge coming in right behind him. Christian can get some great heel heat when given the time

All Time: The Rock during his time feuding against Austin and Mankind. I love watching his match against Foley at St. Valentine's Day Massacre just for when he stops in the middle of the match to sing "Smackdown Hotel." He was so fucking gold.

Ted Dibiase is one I forgot. I would also include Jim Cornett and Ric Flair. Piper is #1 though. He was the yen to Hogan's yang
