Safely Remove Hardware
You know in XP when you plug in a device via USB, the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon comes up on the system tray and doesn't go away until you remove the device. Well I always have stuff plugged in, and I want the icon to go away. How do I go about that?

I hide it too, but when I click the arrow I want it gone. :'(
