Von Kriplespac (Conker's Bad Fur Day, the professor) ranks high up there for his memorable quotes: "Ahhhh, you stupid (%$&%# swinehunt Tediz! I can see zem! Zey are almost through to me! To ze trenches, my children! Kill zem all!") Anyone from Sonic the Hedgehog, except for Big the Cat. Wesker from Resident Evil is high up there too.
