Brock withdraws

So, another WWE-internet swerve, or legit?

Fignuts 08-02-2005 03:22 PM

I'm thinking swerve. They both need eachother right now. And it would be completely assinine for Brock to do anything else.

Pepsi Man 08-02-2005 03:24 PM

There's a good chance it's real, but I'm thinking swerve, personally.

SuperSlim 08-02-2005 03:24 PM

I call BS.

Brock knows he's gonna sign. WWE knows he's gonna sign. it's gonna happen. this is just some way to swerve folks.

Kane Knight 08-02-2005 03:25 PM

I'm thinking swerve. IT maye be legit, but I kind of expect to see him back.

Sickboy 08-02-2005 03:26 PM

I hope it's a swerwe. I miss seeing Lesnar wrestle. If he indeed comes back I just hope he'll be the same way he was in the beginning of his WWE career, you know, destroying bodies and not talking on the mic. Paul Heyman should be his mouthpiece again.

Watson 08-02-2005 03:32 PM

I can only hope it's legit. Fuck Brock.

Why? Because he took a chance, and did something he always wanted to and may never have got another chance at?

No because unless he was wrestling Kurt Angle I never enjoyed a single match of his.

Chavo Classic 08-02-2005 03:55 PM

I don't know what to believe anymore. We're all marks now, and I kinda like it that way

Kane Knight 08-02-2005 03:57 PM

Breaking News!: Sources inside the WWE have confirmed that Brock did sign, and in fact will be appearing this Monday. He is expected to attack Edge, claiming that he too had a deep relationship with Lita. He will be ignored for a month as the WWE attempts to hype the Hardy feud, only to be recognised 2 weeks after he costs Edge the match with Hardy.

The WWE plans to make the largest stable in history, comprised of all the former wrestlers who have slept with Lita. A Raw only stable, they anticipate moral support from the Smackdown roster. So far, only a couple dozen members have been confirmed: click here For a complete listing.

No, I don't just dislike him because he left the WWE. That's part of it but not the main reason. The main reason is I just don't fucking like him. Never have, never will. Like The One said; his only entertaining matches were with Kurt Angle and that's because Angle carried him. He has a VERY limited move repertoire. Besides that I've never been much of a fan of the the "unstoppable monster" gimmick. Also, I don't think Brock respects the business whatsoever. As far as him leaving the way he did goes, I think he could have handled it alot better rather than being so unprofessional. Not to mention the fact that he threw all those lawsuits at WWE only to turn around and kiss Vince's ass so he can come back because the NFL showed him just how damn insignificant he really is.

Chavo Classic 08-02-2005 04:18 PM

I want Brock back. He's not the soundest athlete in the game, nor is he the most respectful, but he's got that X-factor which smackdown needs.

MandyCandy 08-02-2005 04:20 PM

I don't like Brock. He is boring. So you have alot of muscles, that doesn't mean anything. I am just waiting for Orton to get back! :D

Chavo Classic 08-02-2005 04:22 PM

*cough* Orton's back *cough*

Someone should put this in a memo to Vince

the difference tween Brock and the other huge muscle bound guys was that Brock could actually wrestle.

MandyCandy 08-02-2005 04:27 PM

Not really. I mean he was alright, but nothing special. I mean really what did he do that was sooooooooooooooooooooo good? He had an undefeated streak which is a promise of getting heat in one way or another, and he had a few matches with Big Show and Angle...none of which were classics except XIX...and that's it. I don't know why all you guys seem to think he was god's gift to wrestling or anything!

I demand that Brock come back. I was highly pissed when I heard he wasn't with WWE anymore. Not that I can blame him for wanting to try something else, but I never turned off the TV when he was on it.

After the past few weeks, I would say Raw needs him more than smackdown.

Whaaaa? Slow down, I never said that. As far as I'm concerned the only god's gifts in contemporary wrestling are Paul London, Chavo, Jericho, Christian, Angle and Benoit.

Brock is just one of those guys who is more talented than the norm, and carries that extra bit of umppphhhh that makes you sit up and play attention. This wasn't true at first, especially when he was so green Heyman had to talk for him, but other classic heel moments such as stealing Austin's off-roader and tormenting Shannon Moore were gold!

Disturbed316 08-02-2005 04:37 PM

I think it's a swerve.

Watching the final hour of last week's smackdpwn helped me beat the world record for yawns per minute!

Further more, I just assumed that he's go straight back to Smackdown and challenge Batista.

BigDaddyCool 08-02-2005 05:13 PM

fuck brock.

RP 08-02-2005 05:43 PM

I could totally care less

Chavo Classic 08-02-2005 05:47 PM

try me

Batsu 08-02-2005 05:50 PM

ALEEYEEEEELEEEAAA...

Chavo Classic 08-02-2005 05:59 PM

I miss Hassan

PureHatred 08-02-2005 06:35 PM

I thought Brock was better than average in the ring. I actually think his matches with Angle, Cena, Eddie, & Benoitwere all pretty good and by the end of his run with the WWE his mic skills were more than passable.

C'mon, the sombrero stuff was classic.

This is a guy who's young, who's a complete monster(and no matter what anyone says, thats a huge plus in this industry) who can wrestle, (or at least be carried to a good match, depending on your POV) and who's a legitimate draw. This isn't Chris Masters we're talking about.

I want to see Brock. With the possibility of marquee matches on either show, you know the WWE wants to see Brock. And I think that most fans, even if its just to let him have it for walking out, want to see Brock back in the WWE.

Who's his agent, anyway, Drew Rosenhaus?

Dave Youell 08-02-2005 06:36 PM

Has to be swerve, why put it on the website otherwise?

RP 08-02-2005 06:39 PM

If Drew Rosenhouse was a agent for wrestlers , there wouldnt be any wrestling. They all would be holding out.

Errrrr...Yeah. Lesnar's only got muscles. I mean, talent, natural ability, and entertaining matches are nothing compared to the man who regularly botches the Diamondcutter.

vampiro03 08-02-2005 06:54 PM

what is the difference between brock and glodberg? they both were handed the world and asked "is this all"? both were given awesome gimmics from the start. both said the wwe was the worst career move ever. both walked out of the sport thinking they were bigger than wrestling. fans boo goldberg but want brock back. WTF? don't say brett hart is the reason because he and goldberg are friends now.

Compared to Randy Orton?

Fucking retard.

Talent is the reason, you braindead cocksmoker. Brock had it, Goldberg did not.
