Orlando Jordan (Minor spoilers?)
 

Think the shit he's been through at/since the PPV is leading somewhere for him, or is he just being depushed?

Last week after SD, I was saying to my friends "Wouldn't it be cool if he just kind of snapped on JBL and saif 'I'm tired of being your bitch!' or something to that extent?" Less because I'm an OJ fan, and more because this would make some sense, and continue a story arc that's been going in some meaningful way. In fact, all things said, I wouldn't mind seeing OJ go back to Velocity. However, they didn't touch on this at all that I noticed this week, leaving it up in the air. Will he still remain JBL's only remaining cabinet member? Will JBL grow tired of him, so much so that he eliminates his only backing?

Of course, it'd also work if OJ Was replaced. Much as it's not going to happen, I'd laugh my ass off if JBL hired out the MExicools, since, you know...It's what the Rich do. Have wetbacks do all their work. I don't see it happening, but it'd be fucking funny (If a total waste of talent). OJ can then be aa freelance bitch, punked out by everyone and their mother. Or maybe just Benoit.

I honestly do like the idea of JBL hiring the MExicools though. It'd be even funnier since he chased those guys across the border. If not for the "Network" angle, he could even hire Hassan and Daivari instead. Any of those could lead to him cutting OJ loose, to either get a new angle, or go back to darkmatch Hell. Common sense might indicate he's only still with JBL to prolong the Benoit "25.5 seconds" deal, but we all know the odds of them applying common sense...

I honestly doubt they're going anywhere with him. Someone (JBL or otherwise) could always make fun of him for losing to Benoit in such record time TWICE and go on to feud with him, only for Jordan to come out on top, clean. Or Benoit could take Jordan under his wing or something.

Mind you I'm not a Jordan fan, but I could see those happening, although the likelihood of either scenario is low.

To understand what's going to happen next, we have to think like a Nickelodeon writer. What would Nickelodeon do? I've GOT IT!

Jordan loses yet another match to Benoit, and he's all down and depressed. JBL picks comes up to him and has him come with him. They go into JBL's limo, which drives them down to the local ice cream parlor. Ice cream for Jordan, because he tried and had fun, and that's what really matters.

Here I thought JBL would take away his Reptar doll as punishment, and OJ would quest his way through WWE Creative's office to save him.

That's another viable option, but Triple H, according to rumors, vetoed that idea and said that he wants to be the one to take away a Reptar doll as a punishment, and that after the attacker on Ric Flair is found to be a debuting CM Punk, he'll do just that.

While on his way to save Reptar, CM Punk will accidentally knock over a conveniently-placed tub of tar, and his hair will be covered in the stuff, necessitating a hair cut.

I was personally hoping to see Orlando Jordan keep a hold on the WWE United States Championship until JBL lost to Batista. Then JBL could have asked Orlando to present him with the US Title, which he would preclaim is the most prestigious title on SmackDown!. OJ refuses to part with the US Title, JBL tells Orlando that if he wants to keep his job on The Cabinet, he will forfeit that belt to him. Orlando smacks JBL in the chops, and we have ourselves a freshly turned face Orlando Jordan.

But yeah, I can't see that happening now. I think Jordan will be pissed off on SmackDown! and will go about 10 minutes with Benoit before giving up or being pinned when he won't give up. It would do the kid wonders if Benoit put him over after the match and said that Orlando may have lost toe him quickly twice, but he did beat him at The Great American Bash, and he did go toe-to-toe on the first ever FNS. Benoit offers Orlando his hand, and Jordan refuses, or he accepts. Either way, you have tension with JBL start to build.

I just needed a Nickelodeon reference. And since I haven't watched much of their programming in years (Though I do occasionally see the Fairly Odd Parents...), it was hard to come up with a reference that wasn't the oft-used spongebob.

More characters of diverse ethnic backgrounds (Even though they generally don't act diverse at all) always makes a show better. IT doesn't matter that the characters are either A) As white as the whites are, or B) are a total stereotype (Bling bling yo...It's outdated, but it's on TV all the time), their skin color changes EVERYTHING.
