EH, HBK gets out, or Masters threw him down, regardless, the hold didn't stay on.... I know it's silly to argue logic in wrestling... If they wanted to use the chair, they could have had Hbk slam Masters back into the ref, then get smoked by the chair, so by the time the ref got up, HBK was back in the hold...

Just my opinion though.
