Likely untrue, Patterson does have a "life partner"...the rumours basically stem from the fact that Patterson discovered Sylvain Grenier modelling, and broke him in. To the business. Obviously, a gay man finding a model is going to stem question, but there is likely no truth to the affair rumour.
