After watching the press conference with Chavo and Vince, something tells me that this is not legit. The way they handled themselves with the questions didn't seem real. Not real at all.

I guess we will find out on RAW.

Man, I hope somebody is fucking around. But the more I see it, something tells me this is real. If so, we can deal with that then. If its all legit, man, my heart is sunk so low.

That's got to be the sickest suggestion I have ever heard. The WWE would never, ever do something in such bad taste. WTF do you think they would do on RAW? "FOOLED YOU!!! HERE'S EDDIE! WE JUST DID THIS FOR A RATINGS PLOY!!!!!!!!!" They would get such bad publicity I bet USA would drop Raw. That is an unthinkable scenerio, and while you might not want to believe Eddie is really gone, there is a fine line between thinking an internet website posting it as a sick joke and thinking Vince and Chavo were doing a mock press confrence on his death.

Make no mistake about it, Im as stunned as the rest of you but I cant come to the terms of him being gone. I just found out, literally about 15 minutes ago. Ive watched the press conference about 5 times now and judging by the way Chavo and Vince handled themselves, it doesn't seem right, to me anyway.

I'm on the fence with this one.

Part of me is saying "no way is he dead" and this is all BS. If it is, a BIG FUCK YOU goes out to the WWE.

The other part of me, if for real, is having a difficult time dealing with this sudden, tragic loss. My hands are still, literally shaking at this moment. I just called my buddy, who lives in Arizona, me living in Florida, its almost 3am and I dont know what else to say or do.

There shouldn't be any part of you thinking this is a work. I feel terrible just having to try and prove to you that it isn't, it is wrong on so many levels. Just leave it at this - Trust me when I say his death is real.

I don't get how they "didn't seem real." They seemed real enough for me... you have a press conference and you're straining not to just totally break down sobbing. So you steel yourself and try to put your mind in as cold and as unfeeling state as you can, so that you can make it through.

Watch it again... several times, Chavo looked like he was about to lose it. Just the restrained stress in his face... that spoke a ton.

What in the holy fuck? Chavo conducts a press conference just hours after his uncle Eddie, a man that was like a brother to him, dies, and in return, he gets fuckers like you saying he's "fake"? You, sir, are a complete and utter dunce.

People react to death in different ways:

Yours is a classic case of denial. Your looking for any solution to say it's not real.

Chavo was devastated, and the conferance showed that, how are we suppossed to now how Eddie's friends react to his death? Everyone reacts differenently.

Chavo didn't look devastated. He looked incredibly composed and together, though that's because he's a solid professional.

Agreed, given the circumstances. I'm willing to bet that once he got backstage and out of the camera's eye, he let all those walls fall and broke down. This has got to be unbearable... hopefully the Guerrero family can find solace in each other and help each other through.

Yeah sometimes you just have to be calm and collected but alone you just break down and cry. In a 4 month span in 2004, I lost 2 good friends and a cousin. And while I remained calm in public I didnt in private.

Word. Though I cracked in the funeral parlor. Combination of a touching Eulogy and the culmulative stress of losing so many people close together...

So when I saw the body, I just kinda...Cracked.

Watch Chavo Guerrero at the very end of the press conference. At breaking point. And then tell me it's a work.
