As I said in the other thread (that will most likely be closed/deleted), it's probably drug and/or alcohol abuse brought on by having to deal with the fact that he's forced to play a retard almost 24/7.

I agree that if this is real, then he should say he was just staying in kayfabe, just like they wanted to.
If it's a way for them to repackage the character, then that's not a bad way to go about it. |
The "I was just acting in character" gimmick is clearly a cop-out that would work perfectly. "Here, you wanted me to stay in character 24/7? You got it! Wasn't I acting retarded just now?"

Next RAW Eugene come out and says he was only acting retarded because he wanted to be like the fans (He'll get some heet for that) but then he says his name isn't even Eugene, it's Nick, but then he asks the crowd "Do you know who the mastermind behind this is?" the crowd start talking then Eugene says "Not, me, it's none other than my Uncle Eric" Eugene has a evil smile on his face as Bischoff walks to the ring, Bischoff talks for a while, then at the end of it, Eugene, or Nick as he's known and Bischoff raise there arms and walk away as the crowd boo. He would be a big heel and since he's with Bischoff, Bischoff will give him lots of Title shots, because there Uncle and Nephew, and that would make more heat, and we would get to see more of Nick Dinsmore. |
