TNA's surprise, Boogeyman plans, Ric Flair's lawsuit and more...

In this week's Ruse report.

Ric Flair's court battle has not been going well. When asked to appear, he refused to enter the courtroom until his theme music was played. This was evidently the basis for much ofthe court proceedings they did on Raw. After being held in contempt and fined, Flair ripped up the ticket, chopped the Bailiff, and started fighting with his left shoe.

More on this as the story develops.

The WWE is now being sued by the World Wide Web. Apparently, the programming has been deemed to be so horrible that the number one provider of pornography, fetish sites and baseless rumours now no longer wishes to be associated with it.

News on the Undertaker indicates his newest series of "Mind games" against the Legend Killer Randy Orton are really just a sign that he "likes" Randy. Taker, being a zombie cowboy, is just a little shy about asking a boy out.

Total Nonstop Action's big secret has been revealed to our source, "Deep Mat." The plan is to introduce a new ring at Turning Point, one which has seven sides. Not only will this be the first seven sided ring, but in fact the only ring in existence with an odd number of sides period. TNA's new motto will be "7 times the action!"

6 X-Division wrestlers were released in order to fund this, including Austin Aries, Christopher Daniels, and AJ Styles himself.

Kevin Nash made his return to wrestling this week---Thumb wrestling. Unfortunately, he was injured in his first match, dislocating a joint and shelving himself for another 6 months. Our heartfelt wishes go out to Kevin and his family in this dark time.

Rumours that Shelton Benjamin will have an onscreen "mama" are blatantly incorrect, we have just learned. Shelton is expected to start coming down to the ring with an entourage of "ladies," while munching on a bucket of fried chicken. His new entrance announces him as from "KFC, Kentucky." He is also in studio recording his own rap for his theme. Expect this to appear on the next WWE Originals record when it his dollar stores everywhere in 2006.

Just a reminder, the WWE's newest superstar the Boogeyman is supposed to merely be an actor displaced by "The Network." Over the next couple of months, BM will become frustrated with his current gimmick and complain to "The Network," introducing the "Actor's Guild," Who will include Rob Conway and Shane Helms. These disgruntled actors will seek revenge on the network, being risque and offensive like DX. Of course, the main difference is that people cared about DX.

John Cena is being sued by every rapper in the known Universe. Even the "posers" don't want to be associated with him anymore. More as this develops.

Though I have to confess, "I'm the Boogeyman...And I demand Dental" does kinda have a ring to it.

They should run skits of Boogeyman breaking into the UPN headquarters, hiding under desks and in closets and trying to scare people.

With a boombox that plays his music.

"BOO!"

Why do I see the WWE making Boogeyman star in his own platforming video game?
