What is the future for Rey Mysterio?
 

I think the future for Rey is going to be good, he has had a huge push this year. He's still a good wrestler. In my opinion he is the most talented wrestler in WWE(sorry, but that is my opinion:) ) I think one day he really could be wwe champion. He has wins over Eddie Guerrero(RIP), Chris Benoit, JBL, Shawn Michaels, all who have been WWE champions.

What are your opinions? :)

He will be the first Mexican Drag Queen to be US Champion.

I reckon he will be The Heavyweight Champ at some point in his career, when im not sure, but soon hopefully.

I'm saying Batista vs. Rey Rey at WM, the looks that Dave gave Rey after the loss at Armageddon seemed to imply that.

I think he might be World Champ one day. I just hope they don't keep going the way that they are going with him right now.

I'm gonna say US champ. Vince seems to like his men big, and Rey isn't as over as Bret and Shawn.

I think Rey will win the big one (maybe even at WrestleMania next year), and will go on to hold the belt for a short while (2 months?) before dropping it to a heel, and then re-challenging for a bit before moving into the US Division, where he will inevitably win the US Title (probably multiple times). This isn't to say he won't re-climb te ranks again, but they'll just "Benoit" him for a while. He'll probably be used to look like a force in the 2007 Royal Rumble, probably making the final four, and maybe even being Runner-Up. He could even win if they haven't got anyone better in there.

That's my prediction anyway.

I'm about 99.9% sure that Rey will one day be World Champ. He'll probably end up U.S. Champion first, but I have a feeling that one day, he'll win the big one. A solid 3-4 month reign before dropping it to someone like a returning Chris Jericho(wishful thinking). One of the more important questions is, who does Rey beat to become World Champion? Batista?

Yeah, I feel one day, they'll give Rey the world title. But.. I rather they give him the U.S, not the big one. I don't see much with Rey nowadays so why give the big title to him? Jericho needs it so much more... if he was around that is.

meh Jericho doesnt need it so much more, he already had it. Give it to Rey, he'll probnably have a better run with it

I wish Chris Benoit and Booker T would end this little program they're having. The matches are good, but these guys could really use a change. Have Doug Basham cost Benoit the match on SmackDown!, so we go into 2006 with Booker T as WWE United States Champion, and have Chris Benoit vs. Doug Basham and Booker T vs. Rey Mysterio on the first SmackDown! of 2006 to start us off with some solid matches.

Hell, put the United States Title on Rey Mysterio then. That way you have Batista as World Heavyweight Champion and WWE Tag Team Champion and Rey Mysterio as WWE United States Champion and WWE Tag Team Champion. If you get the burning desire to, have them collect all the titles by having Mysterio beat Kid Kash for his ninth Cruiserweight Championship. No better way to make Batista and Rey look solid then by holding every single title on one brand. Of course you'd then have them start losing them (probably starting with Rey and the Cruiserweight Championship), but the more titles Mysterio holds, the stonger he'll look, IMO.

Having a lot of belts worked for Ultimo Dragon in WCW didn't it? It didn't launch him into the main event, but having the J-Crown (I think that's what he had) made him look like an international sensation, right?
