I think that Maven Hass incident was a joke.
|
Like Mavens career
|
yeah, just did a quick google and found that it was maven, orton, jindrak and that the cops took Randy and maven and hass left together and the cops met then down the street and randy got out of the car and they all high-fived each other.
I just remember hearing about it because the place is like 30-45mins from me and the wrestlers always go there when in town. |
What's this about Orton being AWOL?
|
In the army. He dropped out of the army when he was a teen or something like that.
|
Wasn't it the Navy he went AWOL? Somebody used that against him on RAW. I think it was Triple H.
|
It was Foley and it was the Army. Corky was right
|
"and told us to go to hell and then flipped us the bird."
Maybe it was Stone Cold.:shifty: |
Orton for the win!

I don't think he was AWOL. They have rules against his kind.

Earth to Vince:
a. Randy is only over with the 'net. b. He has to constantly go over people to look credible c. He doesn't have the look of a star. d. He has a hard time doing his own FINISHER right. e. He is a lousy human being (with the above and the fact he goes to malls just to see if he can get a discount from somebody working at a store.) f. Shitting in bags went out of vogue with the Kliq. g. Just fire him, already. *Watches himself get neg. Rep out the yazoo for stating his disdain for Orton* |
You kidding? A-F make him the perfect choice for longterm prospect in the WW. Michaels is a dick. Hunter's a dick. Taker's a dick. Hardcore's a dick. Hogan's a dick.
|
I think what KK is saying here is Vince likes dicks. :shifty:
|
WAAA WAAA WAAA!
Who cares? |
LOL
|
Yeah guys Orton's young, give the guy a chance.
Who gives a shit if he dropped out of the UNITED STATES Army. I would do exactly the same thing. And if some geek started getting my goat over it, hell, I'd probably want to kick the shit out of him. I doubt Orton would have done it, cos' I wouldn't have actually done it. But the sentiment would sure as hell be there. Orton is good. He is a major prospect for WWE. He is not their only prospect, or their most prospective prospect by any stretch of the imagination, but Orton is a prospect, and Orton is good. |

The thing that pisses me off is, if his last name wasn't Orton, he would never be a wrestler. Period. He wouldn't have been shoved down our throats, despite being greener than a cactus. He wouldn't be constantly going over half the roster, regardless of whether it's good for business or not. He isn't good. He is decent, but he shouldn't be main eventing for another 2 years, if at all. Hell, Where's Ray Gordy's monster push? His dad was a better worker than Bob Orton, and from what I hear, he has serious potential. The other problem is, Randy Orton is taking up roster space that COULD be taken up by C.M. Punk. If they used, say, Rob Conway like they used Orton, he'd probably actually be over (and more so than Orton). |
As far as going AWOL, the fact is that when you strip it all down, there's NOTHING honorable about that. Whether you agree with the US government or not and whether you even really support the forces or not, the fact is that Orton agreed to serve and didn't live up to his obligations.

Question--Was Orton AWOL or did he desert?
Remember, AWOL only works if you're gone less than30 days. It imlies that you actually showed back up. The way people are talking, it sounds like he's in the same boat as our President. |

It's that God Damned simple. |
I think they saw sense in letting him go, after all, he can't even kill a 45 year old zombie in a close-range hit-and-run scenario.

Which could be either. I mean, desertion is a serious crime even in times of peace, but depending on who you know, you can get off pretty light. You can also do life for going AWOL if you step on the wrong toes.
