Here is Henry taking 10 minutes to open the cage door. It would have been alright if Batista hadn't just looked at him like a dumbass.

Reminds me of the time, Lesnar was in the cage with Heyman, he lifted him for the F5, Kurt Angle then spent eighteen hours trying to break the door open, while Lesnar waited, finally Angle climbed the cage while Lesnar waited and allowed Kurt to trip him up. lol.

If you listen closely, when the ref comes right up to Henry, you can hear the ref say "Break the chain......" and he starts tugging on the chain. It would have been hilarious if he fell on his ass :rofl:

Just out of curiosity, if you were Melina, would you enlist the services of Mark Henry. The guy's never done anything outstanding, and he's always getting injured. Wouldn't it make sense to bring in someone with a good track record?

I don't dislike Henry, but the guy has shown little prospect in the ring. I admire his attempts to get himself over, and he carries himself like a force, but I just don't see any potential in the guy as a main eventer. His job should be to make guys on the undercard look good. He should job to tag teams like Paul London & Brian Kendrick. He should be losing to Rey Mysterio, making Mysterio look capable. It seems every time Henry comes back he gets a push right to the top, only to get hurt and have no one effected long-term.

If Henry was working a back-up to MNM, then it would be an acceptable role, IMO, but right now it's pathetic they're putting him in a program with a guy who is injured, and needs solid wrestlers to have solid matches. I wouldn't be surprised if the fans shit all over their probable match at the Royal Rumble.

sounds like last years NYR in the elimination chamber when batista's door wouldn't open and both jericho and benoit had HHH in their submissions simultaneously. At first you thought that it was scripted and HHH would tap out and blame Dave but then you realised it was fucked up....

WWE really need to hire better ring ppl to check these things work beforehand.

I live in Canada so I got to see Smackdown tonight. It took Mark Henry a long time to get into the cage, so I don't think the WWE edited it. The video in the link is down, so I don't know if it's the same, or longer.

All I know is that it took Henry a long time to get into the cage on Smackdown.

I live in Canada too, and I saw Mark Henry spend a minute or two banging the sides of the cage (didn't really look like he was trying to get in.) But, when he decided to go in the cage, he broke the chain on the door (in a few seconds) and went after Batista.

In Canada it was NOT edited, he did take a really long time to get in, first he tried at the front for a while, then the side.... then the lock..... then the door.
