does anybody think that he might have turned face? Because he was acting different and was well... being nice

You know, as long as it puts Kennedy back on TV, I am SO happy with this.

I was devastated when I found out he was injured, so I'm really loving this whole announcing schtick. I hope it becomes regular.

he's one of the few guys who enteratins me in the WWE these days. Too bad he got hurt. However, as long as he stays on TV and still gets to say Kennedy......Kennedy, he will be fine. What he does on the show is really kinda irrelevant until he can actually work.

Like most guys, I like him as a heel better, but he will have to turn face at some point due to the crowd reactions.

I realized I never read SD spoilers. Gonna go do that, but :love: if Kennedy's on TV.

I missed most of SD. What happened with Kennedy?

he came out (in a suit) saying he was sent out by the network
to commentate (which was very good)
and plugged smackdowns 86%* (wwe's quote) viewership increase since
smackdown moved to fridays on UPN.

hopefully keep him as an announcer full time until he's healed.

As long as he stays away from the ring.

Kennedy is awesome. I'm kinda pissed that I missed SD this week because of that. I can't wait to see him in a decent fued when he actually returns.

Kennedy is great. Seriously, the guy can act. Several time the camera turned to him and he was making perfect facial expressions. When he was talking about Kid Kash working over the leg of Juvi, he was watching the monitor on the broken announce table which such intensity.

He looked different to me. The guy looked...classier. He looked like a guy who yells on the phone all the time, and barks at his secretary, but always turns on the smile when it comes to shaking someone with power's hand. I liked the way he kept stating stuff about "The Network" and SmackDown!'s ratings, and he did so almost like a willing tool of "The Network". I don't think he was trying to be a more polite face as much he was trying to be a toolish heel.

when the juice went and did that sunset flip off the top rope and kennedy says:
Kennedy: he nearly went as high as the ratings! which is 86%
Tazz: woudln't it be better if it was 96%
kennedy: well it'd be better if it was 136 or somethign like that...

made me smile when i saw him...
but i agree i will prefer him as a heel.

Made me laugh when the gum dropped out his mouth and a minute later he picked it up and said "five second rule".

A U.S title feud with Benoit maybe around Wrestlemania would be something I'd like to see in 2006.

Glad to have him back. Hope his on-screen role goes well until his injury heals.
