I can see Vince coming up with this scheme.

Vince: "Ok, get this. We'll have an ongoing angle with Tim White trying to kill himself but constantly failing. It'll be hilarious...not uncomfortable or icky in the slightest, but really really hilarious.

Someone with common sense: "Mr. McMahon, that's not wise."

Vince: "That's not wise? That's perfect. I'll have that Mathews kid say that every time. I'm glad I thought of it."

These angles might be mildly entertaining if they actually said how Tim survives. If they had some unique way it could take away some of the creepiness of it, but they don't even do that anymore.
