Last week it was being reported on WWE’s website that they had released Tank Tolland and Chad Wicks (The Dicks). It’s being said that the main reason they were released was because of a fight between Tolland and Wicks.

Reports indicate that Wicks were being constantly ribbed and hazed by a number of SmackDown! wrestlers including JBL, Chris Benoit and The Undertaker. Wicks handled the ribbing poorly, and he'd often complain about it, which lead to even more ribbing.

Tolland felt that Wicks' constant complaining would put their jobs in jeopardy. Just recently, the tag team partners had a physical altercation as Tolland punched Wicks. The fight put WWE management in a sticky situation because they couldn't possibly justify firing the wrestler who was punched and not the wrestler who did the punching. And thus, WWE decided to just release the both of them.

Tolland and Wicks will be going their separate ways on the indy scene.

It sucks to be Tank Toland, because he obviously was fine taking it all just to make it in the business, and then he hits a guy and gets fired despite sexual molestation reportedly taking place in the lockerroom.

I hope that Johnny Tank somehow gets back with the WWE. Wicks is talented and all, but ribbing is a natural part of the business, so complaining isn't really going to do much.

The whole reason for people's protest on their release (well those who liked them) was that they shouldn't have been called "The Dicks" in the first place. Call them The Tolands, let them wrestle, and maybe, just maybe, there would have been a great tag team competing in the WWE Tag Team Division on SmackDown! every week.

Excuse? No excuse, it's a standard. It's not just tolerated by the business, it's expected. You go through a hazing a period and when it's over you're one of the boys. Everyone of the people who bitch about hazing do it when they are in a company and they have seniority. Ultimatly, I guess it's a jock thing. If you don't understand at this point in your life your not going to. I wouldn't want to spend time on the road with a bunch of pussies that cant take a joke.
