The underlying concept here is that Vince is going to do whatever he wants, regardless the repercussions.

Don't think the WWE will care if they lose the great drawing state of Kentucky anyway. :D

KY won't revoke his liscence. The sad thing is, even if they did, he wouldn't change. If Vince had to, he'd limit his touring schedule to Maine, Vermont, and Wyoming...And he's cocky enough that he'd piss off the other 46 states (I refuse to recognise Misssouri), ignoring the possibilities.
