Holy crap the opening match on Smackdown was amazing *NO spoilers*
 

I'm not going to give away any spoilers what so ever.

The opening match on Smackdown was one of the best matches I've seen in a while. If you don't have plans to watch Smackdown, make time for the opening match. I don't think you will be disappointed... Unless you're Sadistic.

Who's going to be the four, six or eight sided challenger?

What was the first match? So long as you don't put the results, saying what the match is shouldn't be an issue. Or if you don't want to risk it just put it in black text.

He is gonna be Heyman's shooter character. He's gonna do ground n pound, take on anybody. Doesn't matter if it's from the WWE, TNA, or the UFC.

According to the spoilers, the first match was Kurt Angle vs Rey Mysterio (nontitle).

That was awsome. Hated the countout finish, but just an all around awsome match.

yes. the ending was rather fucked up. it was the perfect oppertunity to make (spoiler): rey look strong, and instead they use that cool-yet-weak finish. after a match of that quality, if you put rey over clean it makes both wrestlers look strong, but makes the winner look even better.

I would have like a clean finish, but a double count out would have worked to.

Somehow I think (spoiler):

<font color="black">Rhyno will be the challenger. He's from TNA and is reportedly interested in the new ECW at the very least. He could be brought in, seen as somebody from the "six-sided" world as a challenger for Angle. And lo, I would weep tears of immense joy. :-D</font>

But <font color=black>Rhino</font> is still <font color=black>under contract with TNA</font> until <font color=black>July</font>.

I think the challenger will be Homicide, if the rumors are true.
