Enough -EG- Garbage
I have been respectful I have been tactful-and I have let the foolish masses run their mouths for far to long. Eddie G was one of the most overrated, hack wreslting "preformers" I have ever had to view. Why he was the Champ is beyond me. Bottom line is that EG was nothing and his induction into the Fall of Fame is a miscarge of justice. Rey is in the same vien-they are both hacks and undeserving as the WWE stage.

What are you basing this on?

Hey, shut the fuck up.

Not you, Blitz

Korinkahn, you have a right to your opinion, but because of that opinion, you are obviously a retarded fuck who knows fuck all. I doubt you'll last here for long.

i have a penis

Indeed, you do have the right to your opinion. But do you mind explaining why Eddie was overated and a 'hack wrestling performer' as you'd say? Otherwise, shut the fuck up.
|
Hey your opinion is your opinion...now back it up before you're labeled as a fuckhead.
|
I don't know, I mean he can't make a statment like that, but people can make posts about how Hardcore Holly is a hack without needing explination? I say he can think Eddie Guerrero is/was an overrated hack and have no basis for that more reliable then his on opinion.
His dumb comments about Eddie not deserving a place in the Hall of Fame is baseless. I mean I hate Hogan, hate him. Have never once enjoyed a single second of his work, but I can't say he didn't deserve his spot in HoF. But his opinion that Eddie was a hack should be able to stand. |

Get the Eddie DVD and just watch 3 matches. Eddie vs Rey in WCW, Eddie vs Dean in ECW, and Eddie & Love Machine Vs Octogon and the other dude in AWA (I think). Then you tell me all the stuff you're saying. Watch how he worked three totally different crowds. Look at how one man went from the brink of death. No, not just a physical passing, but an emotional death, just to come back stronger than anyone ever dreamed. Now if you can watch the three matches I told you to watch, and you study Eddie as both a person and a preformer, and you stick to what you believe I have one question for you. Can I buy some pot from you? |
Hulk Hogan and Vince McMahon MADE the WWE... Eddie didn't. Honestly I've never seen the big deal with Eddie. IMO he was a good mid-card wrestler who carred some of the mid card (Waltman) pretty well. He was semi-entertaining on the mic. His ring skills were decent. He was getting the rub, a potential WHC run. I hate to say it, but we know he's in the hall of fame because of his death. If he was placed on the card living next to some other names at the time... I think Eddy would have been bumped by atleast 10-12 years.
|
As a performer, he could complement any style, whether it beflying with the Crusiers or brawlimg with the hosses, and he got a good match out of most of them. With another top performer, he regularly stole the show.
Aside from that, his psychology in the ring, and acting out storylines with facial expressions and his mic work, altogether made for exciting feuds that you wanted to see. Seriously, explain what you mean. |

Who let this guy in?

I know all the time, when someone dies, they are often immediately exalted to be better than they actually were, it is just human nature (he was my favourite...and all of that), but seriously, if you are watching the WWE for what it is, sports entertainment in the form of professional wrestling, Eddie Guerrero had it all.
He made you want to watch feuds, his heel character in particular was great, he could get the crowd to boo or cheer him in a matter of weeks. In the ring, he always delivered exciting matches and had a style sabout him that so many lack in the current market. He was charasmatic and could tell a story with only expressions. You can't say he was not great at what he did. I can accept if you are not a fan, but he had so much talent in relation to what he did. |
Honestly, most everyone was behind Eddie before he died around here. The pudding photo didn't come out of a vacuum, it came out of mad support for Eddie's wrestling skills (and a bad joke).
Eddie was huge. While it's common to worship anyone who dies, Eddie had a lot of fanboyism pre-heart attack. Simple as that. |
If you want our opinions of Eddie Guerrero, with even beginning to talk about his death click the link
http://www.tpww.net/forums/showthrea...Eddie+Guerrero This was done Over an year before his death... BTW, Dave, what ever happened to it, you killed my baby. But I know it's wasn't your fault!!! |
I agree KK. Eddie had actually become my favourite wrestler before his death, and considering Angle was my favourite before him, that means something.
|
There is nothing decent about Eddie Guerrero. He is easily one of the top all around wrestlers of all time.
|
Eddie Guerrero's employment is based in Indiana.Called Paco Taco. Good stuff. He's totally cool. He tried to steal my hubcaps. I thought it was awesome. Same old Eddie.

I love the part where he says he's tried to be tactful, and the first thing out of his mouth is inflammatory.
