I want to know if there are people being moved from WWE to ECW that didn't want to go.

I want to know if there are people being denied moving to ECW.

Basically, I just want to know who made the decisions about who went where.

I have also wondered if Show or Angle think of them being put on ECW as maybe like some kind of demotion. I wouldn't think so since they do seem to be investing quite a bit into the new ECW, but still, to be taken from RAW on USA and moved to ECW on Sci-Fi...eh...
