Who would make the best 3rd member for DX

This 3rd person would go over even more

CM Punk eventually. In my opinion

So here it is

Who do you WANT to be the 3rd member of DX?

Who do you THINK will BE the 3rd member of DX?

Better Than You 09-09-2006 04:12 PM

WANT: Punk

THINK: X-Pac

I know it was just a prediction that X-Pac will probably come back though Punk might fit in with DX as long as they don't keep hyping his straight edge gimmick.

Better Than You 09-09-2006 04:15 PM

The straight Edge gimmick is what would be so awesome about it.

Crippla 09-09-2006 04:17 PM

I know but I don't know if it would fit in the angle with DX but it's not gonna happen anyway so it don't really matter.

The One 09-09-2006 04:24 PM

Punk ain't going to RAW...with Angle gone in ECW, they need to retain Punk.

I think and would like X-Pac being the third member.

Crippla 09-09-2006 04:27 PM

Yeah, X-Pac should come back..

Petethegeekstreet 09-09-2006 04:46 PM

X-pac for both answers

St. Jimmy 09-09-2006 04:47 PM

the Miz. :shifty:

ron the dial 09-09-2006 06:19 PM

As much as I would like to see Punk in DX, it wouldn't work. He's too serious, and doesn't like tricks. Or so he says.

I certainly don't want X-Pac. This DX is pathetic enough as it is.

The answer is that I don't want anybody.

dablackguy 09-09-2006 06:42 PM

Punk wouldn't fit because of the srtraight edge gimmick, its ike Shawn with the born again christian issue

Randy Orton. Surprised no one had said him. Immature, unprofessional at times, sophmoric and that's not his character either

weather vane 09-09-2006 06:44 PM

CHYNA

Whoever it is, it should be someone relatively new in the WWE. Otherwise what's the purpose of having the person in it?

Good at helping lazy people get up to turn it off?

Charlie Haas would be good I reckon. Relatively new? Matt Striker maybe?

:wtf: Are you serious? No personality on this gu and you want him in group thats ONLY requierment is personality? Again :wtf:

Rammsteinmad 09-09-2006 07:56 PM

I reckon he could do it. But don't worry, it'll never happen. He's WAY too over in his team with Viscera to join DX.

Crippla 09-09-2006 07:57 PM

I've heard Johnny Nitro's name thrown around a few months ago though I don't think it's a good idea now that I heard him on the mic...

YOUR Hero 09-09-2006 08:01 PM

Think about Batista. He got over because of his Evolution run. Same thing for bringing in another DX member. It's so easy to understand...which is probably why they'll put Taker in there.

If that was a joke, try not to make anymore.

Rammsteinmad 09-09-2006 08:03 PM

Are you telling me Charlie Haas and Viscera aren't over?

Now THAT'S funny!

Petethegeekstreet 09-09-2006 08:04 PM

Over, as in their careers?

M-A-G 09-10-2006 12:07 AM

This run for D-X has only been about benefiting 3 guys: Vince, Hunter, and Shawn. It's not lasting long after Unforgiven.

Mr. Nerfect 09-10-2006 03:42 AM

They had the perfect opportunity to have several mid-carders join DX. There was Val Venis when he returned from his injury. Rick Rude was a member of DX, and the Venis character was modelled after Rude's character, plus Venis was injured by The Spirit Squad, who Triple H and Shawn Michaels were feuding with at the time. Venis was also teaming with Viscera, then, so Big Vis joining would have made perfect sense.

Too late for that, though.

I would like to see another two people join D-Generation X, though. They aren't the usual picks, either. The first is Justin Credible. Just have him come out and cane Vince McMahon at Unforgiven, and then throw Shane McMahon off the Hell in a Cell structure. Instant recognition. The guy is a former ECW World Champion, plus he's friends with Triple H and Shawn Michaels. You may as well make the most of him.

The other is an even weirder pick...Stevie Richards. Have Richards step-up to challenge Big Show next week in a non-title match on Sci-Fi. Paul Heyman makes in an Extreme Rules Match to punish Stevie for thinking he can beat Big Show, Richards is dominated, but then Triple H and Shawn Michaels run in, sledgehammer, Sweet Chin Music, Stevie Kick, 1-2-3. Richards beat Balls Mahoney last week, so I can see them going with a kind of "lucky" gimmick with him. I think there may be intents to use Richards better. The guy has enough skills and charisma, and he is one of Vince McMahon's favourites. Plus, if they do bring back the nWo, Richards can kind of revive his "Big Stevie Cool" character to feud with them.

X-Pac will no doubt join. I'm not too happy about it, but if they do bring him back, this kind of supports Justin Credible being in the group. The two were in X-Factor together.

So yeah, combining my wants and thinks of the WWE's future, he is what D-Generation X would look like by Survivor Series:

Triple H
Shawn Michaels
Stevie Richards
X-Pac
Justin Credible

Dorkchop 09-11-2006 12:16 AM

Val Venis is a permanent jobber in the WWE.

London and Kendrick could be good, but they're not going to join. Their personalities, if exaggerated a lot, could fit very well with DX.

It's going to be someone who HHH and Shawn are close with.

Want: Someone young and exciting.
Think: X-Pac... sadly.

Unfortunately, you're probably right which sucks because the guy deserves more. He's been loyal to the company for about 8 years.

Crippla 09-11-2006 07:14 AM

Then again so has Stevie Richards and he's become a permanent jobber though he got a win last week on ECW.

St. Jimmy 09-11-2006 11:51 AM

Cocaine would be a good 3rd Member.

FourFifty 09-11-2006 12:09 PM

I'm fairly sure X-Pac has talent cancer or something.

Ugh. I'm so sick of all of the bandwagon X-Pac hatred.

Mr. JL 09-11-2006 05:18 PM

X-Pac for both.

Waltman is the fucking man. Always a mark for him when he was th 1-2-3 Kid, had some awesome matches in WCW, loved his DX days, yeah he was boring after that but that is mostly the WWE's fault because they never did shit with him, and I loved his matches in TNA last year.

I actually enjoy him in the ring, I just hate X-Pac.

Nark Order 09-11-2006 11:57 PM

Want: Shannon Moore
Think: X-Pac or Joanie Lauer
