Messanger Service or some crap like that.

I don't know what it is, I keep getting theses popups on my desktop every 5-10 minutes, saying random things about my computer, which is why, since I just recently got an new computer, is there an way to stop theses thing?

Get SpySweeper. It automatically turns that off and actively blocks spyware.

Go to start > run > type in "services.msc" > find "Messenger" > right click > go to "Properties" > change the "Startup Type" to "Disabled"
