Who do you think will turn heel/face in the future.
Orton will turn face prolly. Boogeyman will turn heel.
It might be a long way off but I think Kennedy will be a Main Event Face. |
Kennedy has to be a face, he can be booked so much better that way as he's not dominant enough as a heel.
HHH will be heel again soon enough, and will probably take the title off HBK when he returns. |
Somehow i see Batista eventually turning into a cocky arrogant champion soon enough, he just has that look for it

I think you'll see it at No way Out. |
Barring death or retirement, I think it's safe to say that pretty much everyone in wrestling will turn at some point...
|
Even if he's technically a face going into Mania, Batista will be an instant heel should he end the streak. Like taker or not, it's an undeniable truth. You don't have to be a Takerlover to see the futility of breaking his WM streak.
Kennedy will be face, most likely by mid next year, but not because of his ability or style. Rather, his turn will be molded in the ways of John Cena, where his popularity gets too high. Unlike with Christian, who's popularity began skyrocketting while Vince had all the main eventer he desired at the time, Kennedy cannot be snubbed so easily. He will be turned face, to allow for the cheers, and then shoved into the spotlight. Orton can't cut a non-annoying promo either way and Boogeyman isn't a wrestler, so neither of them matter. I can see Daivari being a decent face, to be honest. Have the character say he's tried of helping out bullies that bail on him half-way thru and don't appreciate his efforts, and decide to help #1 instead. He stands up for himself, and the fans respect it, blah, blah, Steve Austin/APA/Rock. |
Carlito will turn heel very very soon. Perhaps as early as this Monday.
|
HBK may play a pseudo-heel going into Wrestlemania.
I can see either Edge or Orton turning for their probable Wrestlemania match. Flair's always prone to turn, but will probably feud with a heel Carlito. Whenever London and Kendrick lose the titles, they may have some half-assed lowercard feud, possibly involving Ashley, which should turn one of them. I believe they put this in motion for a tad a while back, and then scrapped it. God knows, we're long overdue for a Benoit heel turn, but that won't happen. Finlay, Kane and Booker (when he's not the King) are like Flair in their potential to turn. ECW has enough problems with continuity from week to week, I don't think face and heel turns are within their grasp at the moment. |
I think Gregory Helms will turn into more of a face character in coming weeks. A feud with Daivari and then a feud with Chavo Guerrero over the WWE Crusierweight Championship. I can see him doing quite well in the King of the Ring Tournament this year, too.
Batista will probably turn heel to allow for a more heroic Undertaker win at WrestleMania. Batista is not the guy to end Taker's streak, I just hope the WWE know this. What is all this talk of Batista being booed if he ends the streak? I think the person who ends the streak gains credibility for life. I think Batista should turn heel before the event, and not end the streak. If they decide to split up The Hardys, I can see Matt turning heel. He was so entertaining as Matt Hardy Version 1.0, and if he resurrected the charatcer, a feud with Chris Benoit over the United States Championship could be a thing of beauty. Randy Orton should probably turn face, at least for his feud with Edge. Don't make him into a goody-two-shoes kind of character (like he was in 2004), but make him more a lesser-of-two-evils character. The fans may actually get into the routine of cheering him this way, and a face run might actually lead somewhere. I've been persuaded to buy into the Carlito heel turn business. They have enough faces, especially if Orton turns, so why not see what he can do as a heel? The guy's got a ton of potential. Use it. I'm not sure if this would be qualified as a turn, but when he returns, I can see Rob Conway being used as a face. |
Cena? Lol we've prayed for this too many times before.

Why are people saying that Orton should be the one to turn face in the Edge Orton fued? Orton's already proved that his face-ness doens't work, where Edge's best solo times were arguably as a face. People are confusing me so much right now.

Orton is the second-fiddle heel behind Edge, so it would make more sense to turn him. Of course, I would love it if they turned Edge face, turned Cena heel, had Cena beat Shawn Michaels, had Edge beat Orton, and then had Heel John Cena vs. Face Edge for the WWE Championship at Backlash, but that isn't going to happen. |
Lol. Heel Cena vs. Face Edge is like a dream to all of us. An unattainable dream.

I think they will turn Kennedy face MUCH sooner. He's already done the heel side all too well, and fans are behind him already as a heel. I can see them turning him REAL soon, maybe after Mania.
Heel Batista may never happen because he's still WAY too over with the marks. Plus, if they did that, what face is going to take over as a viable WHC contender on SmackDown? They would have to do something WAY drastic for that to happen, or have it be a gradual, week-to-week metamorphisus into a heel state. Shawn being heel will NOT WORK, because the WWE has tried that already, and they STILL cheer him (albiet the WWE did that when he feuded with Hogan, and they just hated Hogan THAT MUCH). Boogyman, being heel? Dunno. May work, but are fans willing to committ to booing him? He should be more of a tweener. I think Vince himself should turn face for a while, simpily because if I HAVE to see Vince on WWE TV, at least have it so he's doing something NEW than this "I'm the boss, and I do what I want and fuck everyone else" shit and having no one that is able to counter him in authority story-wise. I think Booker should turn face, too. His King Booker thing is running dry REAL fast, and I swear to GOD, if I have to listen to Sharmell's VOICE screatching everything she says for too much longer, I may have to kill myself. C'mon, WWE, how much longer do we have to stand this gimmick? It was fun and funny for a while, but now it's starting to just get silly and obnoxious and worn out. |
Agreed about King Booker. Maybe at the next King of the Ring (If they have one). He gets screwed and drops the gimmick and turns face.
|
Heel Batista vs. Face Chris Benoit?
|
Carlito will turn heel.
I wish Cena would turn heel at No Way Out but ehhh Orton and Edge will stay heels. But if one of them has to turn, I would say that Edge seems the most promising as he has the mic skills and the humor to humiliate heels. |

More like, Heel Batista Vs Face Kennedy, Kennedy should win the MITB match as a face. |
I would love to see a heel John Cena against HBK.
|
Batista isn't mid 40s.
|
You know the whole "Turn Cena heel" idea is a broken record because it's obvious that WWE won't do it. However, how nice would it be for Cena to turn heel at the end of Wrestlemania 23 (after he beats HBK) and then the next night on Raw cut a promo about how he has beaten both members of DX in the main event at the last two Wrestlemanias.
|
They will eventually turn him heel, at some point everyone needs to change. Even Austin and Hogan went heel.
I'd like to see Benoit go heel and get a ME push |

Yea, I see Batista turning because I can't see the two main event matches being babyface matches. Batista will gradually turn over the Road to Mania. The fans will turn him. I seriously hope Taker wins the Title though. I can't stand Carlito as a face. He's one of those guys who's made to be a heel. He just has the look and personality of a heel, like Orton. I like Matt tunring heel He was awesome as the "Matt Fact" Hardy. Reminded me a lot of Heel Jericho back in WCW. |
I want Matt to turn heel and betray Jeff. I'd love to hear a promo about how he's sick of living in Jeff's shadow and how hes taking matters into his own hands. Have him talk about how he was wrestling and making a name for himself while Jeff was off being lazy, and now Jeff comes back and he's IC champion and leader, and everyone cheers him instead

Are you kidding me? Edge is nothing to write home about as a heel but uber bland Face Edge back again? Hell no. |

I don't like the idea of this, I'll state this right up front.
I'm gonna have to say it again. I get this feeling that Batista beating Taker will be the equivalent of Hogan beating Andre in the eyes of the casual fan. I would like the streak to be ended by a Ken Kennedy, too. The problem is, in the eyes of the fans, they don't see people like Randy Orton or Ken Kennedy as a Viable threat to Taker, especially at Wrestlemania. That'd be like saying Tito Santana should pin Andre the Giant instead of Hulk Hogan. Sure, he's technically sound, but the fans wouldn't (and didn't) see him as a legitimate threat to Andre. And trust me, Andre had a longer streak of going without being beaten cleanly leading into WM III than even Taker does now. The person who ends Taker's streak has to be seen as a Legitimate Physical Threat to Taker. Looking up and down the roster, only Batista and maybe Cena have that potential at this point. As such, Batista gets the huge win and his drawing potential goes into orbit. Having said all that, I feel dirty. I'm taking a shower. |
Pipe-Dream Time: Mr. Kennedy wins a SmackDown!-exclusive Money in the Bank Ladder Match at No Way Out (I can see each brand hosting their own MITBLMs this year), and after The Undertaker pins Batista to win the World Heavyweight Championship, Mr. Kennedy comes out and hits Taker with the briefcase and says he is cashing it in...now! 1-2-3, Mr. Kennedy ends Taker's WrestleMania streak at 15-1.
|
Turns I predict this year:
Edge -face- HBK -heel- (i'd rather see HBK as the heel in a feud against HHH than rehashing the HHH heel v. HBK face feud.) Cena -heel- (hopefully soon) Benoit -heel- Kennedy -face- Batista -heel- Booker -face- RVD -Heel- (hasn't done it since he joined, if he's staying hopefully he'll go heel and sell out ECW or something at WM) CM Punk -heel- (better that way) Orton -face- (possibly) Eugene-heel- for realz this time. |
Helms can be a heel and get it on with Davari.
|
Ken Kennedy should come to Raw and team up with Orton & Edge. They could then call themselves Rated RKKKO and come out in white sheets. It would be the greatest heel stable of all time. :shifty:
|
I really want HBK to turn.
|
I would love to see the return of the cocky ass HBK, but with his Christian values, I really doubt it will ever happen.
I want to see Chris Benoit turn heel and have one more run at the World Title on Smackdown. I think he would make a great dominant heel champion, maybe with a small faction of Canadians behind him, and he might even be able to pull some decent main events out of Batista. |

Stone Cold comes back and is way way over... causes Cena to turn heel....HHH coms back heel and wins belt... Cena to beat HHH to become face again by middle of 2008.
