Alright, I've tallied the scores for last week's Donkey Kong Country. I'm sure the anticipation is killing you. It's tearing you apart! You all want to know how it did. Well, so do I. Let's get to it. Did Donkey Kong Country manage to wiggle its way into the number one spot? Are Mario and Luigi doomed at the hands of Donkey and Diddy?!?!?!?!?!

Metal Gear Solid

The stealth monster that started it all. It's as simple as that, folks. Rate it in good health. Until next week!

This game was THE game that made me buy a playstation - after persevering with slow releases for the N64

One of the best games ever which basically brought along my favorite reality-based genre.

I didn't play it that much, but what I played I loved. I've known so many people that absolutely loved Metal Gear Solid.

First PSX game I ever owned, still one of my all time favs.

I meant to vote 4, not 5.

Don't worry about that, it deserves your 5.

Fan-fucking-tastic game. Easy 5.

The battles were amazing, but the story was what sealed the deal for me. Especially when Meryl was sniper shot, I remember rushing back to the weapon depot thinking "The slower I go, the more chance she has of dying". I had not read a game manual or read about it online, so I didn't know I had unlimited time to get back.

I'll keep a note of that when I average the totals so don't worry.

LOL, I did the same thing. Almost beat it without saving cuz I Was to poor to get a memory card, pulled a all nigther.

Hopefully this knocks SMB 3 off.

Mario and Luigi are quite the arrogant sods.
