Due to her Playboy cover, WWE is attempting to market Ashley Massaro as the new face of WWE women's wrestling. The best person for Ashley to work with is Melina because she's got a strong heel personality, thus meaning that Mickie James will be left out in the cold for the next month or so while they build towards WrestleMania. Melina was given the title on 2/19 over Mickie James so that Ashley could feud with her. Ashley and Melina will be having a match at WrestleMania and there is a very good chance that Ashley will be walking out with the Women's Championship.

At the No Way Out pay-per-view, WWE didn't bother to do a fan reaction to decide who the winner would be for the Diva Talent Invitational because they feared that the crowd wouldn't react as the company wanted. So they just declared Ashley Massaro as the winner.

JBL doesn't like SmackDown referees Charles Robinson and Chris Kay. In Robinson's case, he doesn't drink alcohol, so that automatically puts him on JBL's bad side.

I don't know why, these stories just bring a tinge of warmth to my heart. I knew Chris Kay would be one of the refs JBL didn't like. I don't know what it is, I just can't see JBL liking the little guy who was training to be a wrestler, but then became a referee.

JBL's reason for hating Little Naitch is pretty funny. "I don't care if your wife battled cancer and you now want to live life to the fullest, if you don't drink alcohol you're a pussy!" JBL will always be the man for his commentary, but I'm not sure if he's a guy I would like to share an apartment building with. Especially when it came to paying the rent and shower time.

(To The One: This isn't a pay-out on JBL, he's the best commentator the WWE has probably ever had, in my opinion, I just find his hard-assness funny. Please do not hate me. :'()

Ashley Massaro as Women's Champion is something that doesn't surprise me. She's improved in the ring, but I don't know if I'd call her the "new face of women's wrestling". She's definitely better served to the Playboy Women's Title push than a Chisty Hemme, though. If she does turn out to be a great wrestler, though, I could see her being money for the WWE.

One lady I think people should watch out for, is Shantelle Taylor. If anyone is the "next Trish Stratus", it is her. She's even from Toronto. She's hot, she can wrestle. A division with her, Massaro, Mickie James, Victoria, Melina, Beth Phoenix, Jillian Hall, Trinity, Kristal Marshall and Nattie Neidhart would kick some major ass.

None of that made me tingle.

I wouldn't be surprised if they invented something to keep from running 2 hours or 1 hour on RAW, SmackDown! and ECW straight. Prolly call it a "commercial" or something and bore us with 2 minutes of "movie ads" "subway ads" and some kind of self promoting crap...yes they are too zany...:D

Yeah I'd give him flack too. I see that all time, ya know. Like some kid will come in to train with stars in his eyes and then three mothes later he's 'decided' he likes to referee. Yeah. Pussy.

I knew this one ref who came in to train but ended up going the other way who was actually kind of cool. He was 5'3" and simply could not get the strength to perform moves safely, so Todd (one of or main trainers) took him aside to really just layed it out to him. He took the news kind of well and went on to do some interviews and a little commentary as well. Not a bad guy, just too fucking small and not athletic enough. The good thing as it turned out was that he took bumps BEAUTIFULLY...so he got toyed around on alot.

That's pretty cool really. Although, I'd still label him as a pussy. If someone told me I was to weak to do something you better bet your ass I'd amend that issue and prove him wrong. But that fact he was willing to bump is great, I hate refs that want to Hogan bump. Generally refs are tiny, if a big ass wrestler runs them over they should smack that mat. But I guess if they were tougher they'd be wrestlers...

JBL is the best color man in the business today, and the best heel commentator in years, but it's a bit of an insult to both the living (Bobby Heenan) and the dead (Gorilla Monsoon) to call him the best they've ever had.

That may be true but he's still entertaining and plays a excellent heel. Not to mention, he's the best commentator in WWE altgether right now. I never cared for his in-ring work or anything about him really until he became JBL though. The APA was ok for a while but he still bored me until he became JBL.

Your fanboyism of JBL aside, the "douche" comment was directed solely at the fact that his off-air actions leave much to be desired.

Nah I was just basing it on the news item above, where he dislikes a ref simply because he's chosen not to drink alcohol, and for his past indiscretions, like anal shower rape and whatnot.
