Don't believe you can anyways due to vB code not being able to handle videos.

Yeah, html in sigs was disabled ages ago after JiM vWo abused it.

not for this site, just for laughs with photoshop and making sigs for my mates.
also by in signature, I mean in an image

You are wanting to put videos in an image?

You'd have to take the image, get a .gif of the video, and put the video on a layer above the banner.

Or just slice the banner, making the video (if they're the same dimensions) interchangeable. But that includes HTML.
