Who, in your opinion, is the greatest character Vince McMahon ever created?

I have to go with Goldust. He took a completly uncharismatic guy and made him one of the most interesting, charismatic guys in recent memory.

Undertaker. I mean look at how long he's lasted (With some help from reinvention. OMFG A NEW HAT!)
