the best WWE character

Who, in your opinion, is the greatest character Vince McMahon ever created?

I have to go with Goldust. He took a completly uncharismatic guy and made him one of the most interesting, charismatic guys in recent memory.

Dorkchop 04-15-2007 11:30 PM

Undertaker. I mean look at how long he's lasted (With some help from reinvention. OMFG A NEW HAT!)

Xero 04-15-2007 11:30 PM

The Vince McMahon character.

Skippord 04-15-2007 11:49 PM

Hogan

I have no idea how that talentless fuck got so over

Xero 04-15-2007 11:49 PM

Because of Vince McMahon.

Fox 04-15-2007 11:51 PM

The Corporate Rock

Corndad 04-15-2007 11:53 PM

Undertaker. Like Dorkchop said. Look at the Longevity of the character.

IC Champion 04-16-2007 12:26 AM

Million Dollar Man was pretty good.

Jordan 04-16-2007 12:32 AM

Taker, Hulk Hogan, Mr. Perfect

FourFifty 04-16-2007 12:38 AM

Everyone, please, shut up about The Undertaker.
While I'm not taking anything away from the persona The Undertaker was, if I'm right, Pat Patterson's brain child.
Thus, not created by Vince.
Now if you mean "WWE" and not "Vince" then I'lm going to say a three way tie. Hogan, Taker, and Goldust.

Jordan 04-16-2007 01:12 AM

Proove it

El Fangel 04-16-2007 01:16 AM

Hands down, eyes rolled back, and a nice black hat to the Undertaker.

SammyG 04-16-2007 03:00 AM

Taker, Hogan, Rock, Austin.

AdrianM 04-16-2007 12:17 PM

stone cold

The One 04-16-2007 12:36 PM

The Mr. McMahon character.

(Austin was really more created by them throwing their hands up and saying, "I don't know, do whatever Steve.")

The One 04-16-2007 12:37 PM

Oh yeah, and for whoever said Hogan, great character there. Uh, have him talk about praying and be patriotic, and then never have him lose for 4 years. What mad genius could have thought of that.

The Ravishing One 04-16-2007 12:38 PM

Undertaker

Anybody Thrilla 04-16-2007 12:40 PM

Muhammad Hassan

Train, say your prayers, take your vitamins.

In other words, do steroids, make sure your contract has a creative control clause, and... um... do more steroids.

Anybody Thrilla 04-16-2007 12:45 PM

Seriously though. Muhammad Hassan. The world (UPN) just wasn't ready for it.

Anybody Thrilla 04-16-2007 12:46 PM

Honorable mention to the heel Doink the Clown.

OverTaker 04-16-2007 12:51 PM

Taker, Kane, Austin, and The Rock.
Boogeyman, Doink, Dink, and Brock!

Anybody Thrilla 04-16-2007 12:52 PM

Is that some sort of shitty attempt at a wrestling poem?

Theo Dious 04-17-2007 12:32 PM

Best character: Aldo Montoya, the Portuguese Man of War.

Anybody Thrilla 04-17-2007 02:33 PM

I appreciate a jock strap as much as the next guy, but that's a bit of a stretch there, Teedious.

Theo Dious 04-17-2007 02:45 PM

Come on, Montoya was just incredible. :shifty:

Rob 04-17-2007 02:46 PM

Mick Foley and Russo created Mankind. Vince McMahon created "Mason the Mutilator" for Foley, but Mick thought it sucked.
