Avatar resizing
 

How do I resize an avatar with a moving picture? Its this one. Its 70x70. http://img106.imageshack.us/img106/8950/sabu2sm0.gif

You'll never get that under the limit without making it look like shit. At best you could get it down to MAYBE 50KB, and it needs to be 20kb I believe. Or take out all color and most grays and half the frames.
