It's whatever title they want it to be.

It's like the IC or US titles.

If it's on Styles or Joe it's ME
If it's on Daniels or Lynn its UM
If its on Sabin, Shelley, Low Ki, or Lethal its Midcard
If it's on anyone else atm its a joke

I think it's good the way the belt can be elevated like that though, like the way that the ECW TV title used to mean so much when Van Dam had it.
