ECW just came on Global, I rarely turn the tv on (just public broadcasting, as I am rarely home enough to watch) and Its on.
When did this happen. |
Same thing happens to one arabic channel I get. Every Saturday morning they play classic ECW for like 2 hours.

Well from what I recall, ECW was once, a long time ago, in a land far far away, a really great underground promotion which focused on high spots and weapons, I hear one of their old champs is commentating on some second rate wrestling show on Tuesday nights that happens to share the same name as said promotion....

yeah, it's because it's barely advertised (I don't think they even advertise it) so you never really know it's on canadian tv
But then again, they used to show "Jakked" "Metal" and "Shotgun Saturdays" on that same (Global) channel (ch. 11 over here), but it was always on during Saturday mornings or something |
They show Saturday Night Main Event's on CityTV (ch. 13)

Oh, do you mean ECW press, the book company that does sports-related books in Canada? I think they've put out a couple of wrestling books.
