Reggaeton has dug itself into a hole
You know how like, every time you here a reggaeton song, it has the exact same beat as every other reggaeton song on the planet, you know what I am talking about. So everytime I hear a reggaeton song I am like this has the same beat as every reggaeton song ever. But what I realized is, anytime I hear that beat, I am automatically just like reggaeton, and if a song does not have that beat I will just disregard it as something other than reggaeton and then stop thinking about the song. But if there was a reggaeton song that came out that did not have that beat, nobody would regard it as reggaeton, because it did not have that beat. Or maybe there are other characteristics of reggaeton songs besides that one beat that I am unaware of.

Reggaeton is especially terrible because it masquerades as reggae, which is infinitely awesome.

Reggaeton is so 5 years ago...
Fuck reggaeton  |
You guys wouldn't be saying that, if there was a hot latin chick around, and they jumped all up on you when that shit came on.
Seriously, I'm not lying about that shit. They go nuts over it. |
You're absolutely correct U-Warrior.

i used to work in a warehouse with pretty much all mexicans and they played a lot of reggaeton. learned to tune it out after a while but lord was it terrible.
sometimes they would play spanish ballads. those were tolerable and i'd pretend to know the words and serenade the old mexican ladies and they loved me. got so much amazing mexican food from them. |
Its the same fucking shit over and over, I just dont get it.
Its not horrible, but its basically like Seether Releasing the same fucking songs like 3 or 4 times, its the same shit but people keep buying! |
