I hear this is the best show on television right now. Is this the best show on television right now?

I would also like the answer to this question.

I watched all season 1 a few weeks ago and I'm watching season 2 as it goes.

Personally, I don't see what the big deal is. The last few episodes of season 1 were real good but I think you would need more than jjust a few "real good" episodes to be considered the best thing on TV. I keep watching it trying to get why everyone likes it (like 30 Rock) but I can't figure it out. All the critics talk about is the sexism, alcoholism, and smoking...ism throughout the series and they speak of it like it hasn't been done before on TV. Personally, I think it's missing a little more conflict to be a good drama.

Dexter, even though it has it's corny moments, is a much better drama.
