So Venis got a really positive response so lets go with another wrestler from that mid 90's attitude era wrestler Ahmed Johnson. He was one of the people who really shouldnt have cut a promo to save his life, even though in the beginning the was very solid in the ring. Maybe that's why he didnt go as far durring that time as many people thought he could have. He was pretty agile even though he was a 300lb guy who was only 6 ft, but he was still able to jump over the top rope. He had a good feud with the Nation and won the intercontinental title back when it ment something. He had a short run in WCW as Big T. He joined Stevie Ray, Clarence Mason and I think it was Mr. Hughes (or some other big guy who wouldnt say anything just stand in the background and look mean) to become Harlem Heat 2000. He began to get fat so WCW dropped him and the whole Harlem Heat 2000 gimmick. I would have to say Yay to early WWE Ahmed but meh to the WCW Big T days.

The Pearl River Plunge took home the "Stick a Fork in 'im, he's done!" Slammy in 1996. That was Ahmed's best accomplishment.

lol I've never seen those before. Just for that I'll give him a YAY.

OT: theddy, you don't like pizza anymore? But why?

thedamndest 02-08-2009 08:20 PM

Why would you think I don't like pizza?

I don't know where you got that, but it's absolutely preposterous. I'm calling my lawyer.

Triple Naitch 02-08-2009 08:53 PM

Ahmed Johnson liked pizza. That's how he got to be Big T.

Skull folds.

Ahmed sucked. The best thing to happen to him was the video Rollermacka posted. I opened this thread hoping no one else posted it yet so I could post it.

The promos are just . . . what's the phrase . . . booked wrong. It'd be like sitting up Ultimate Warrior or Monty Brown in front of a camera and making him read a script. Just tell him to go crazy and act like the guy cut in front of him in line and he would have been entertaining in the correct way.
