Would it be a crime?

would it be a crime if i were to send say.. a pile of human feces to Triple H or stephanie? cause lets face it, you can send anyone anything these days, all i need is their address and a jar :|

But if he DOES offend or annoy you guys enough...Call it to a mod's attention through the feedback forum. Link some of his more choice posts. They might agree that he should go. You do have that option. And, maybe if enough people agree, they'll take action even if they're not sure THEY think he's a problem.
