So I think it is jeff, I checked wikipedia and Edge "only" had:

Lawler comes to mind, but I'm not sure how many of his 100+ career titles are actually recognized by WWE (probably not many, just a thought, though).

I think Booker T would have the most of the active roster if he was still there.

Didn't specify it was individual titles rather than overall numbers. :p

The winner does look to be Jeff though. Booker would only equal or beat 8 different titles if you included pre-WWE WCW Titles by my count. And that would no doubt trigger an argument if you could count the WCW and WWE incarnations of the US Title, Tag Titles and World Heavyweight title as different belts or not...

Hardy won the WWE title at Armageddon, and dropped it to Edge at the Royal Rumble. He was World Heavyweight champion for about three minutes, but yeah, he's won both world titles.

Just thought I'd look into which guys have held both top belts since there has been two. I'm not counting the WCW belt or the "World Title" created after the invasion and I'm not counting the Undisputed Title either.

Few interesting things there. Edge was the first to do it and it was almost 5 years after the WHC was created. Kinda funny how on two occasions two guys have made the mark on the same night.

FTR on the Hardy thing: Hardy has only held the strap on Smackdown! which is = to the B title. Hardy has never been the no.1 guy. I.E. champ on RAW
