I don't know if they will actually go this route, but the potential of it just gets me all tingly.

Yeah I love the idea of more Jericho/Edge air-time. Also, them working together is something that I'm really looking forward to see. Quite probably the 2 best egotistical, arrogant heels of recent years.

If the angle lasts, it could result in a Jericho/Edge feud eventually.

So yeah, big :y: from me.

Yeah, jericho/edge on raw tonight in a promo to open the show could be great aswell.

They probably got the tag titles so that they can appear on Night of Champions PPV

I do, actually believe this is a part of it. Not so much so they, specifically, will get onto the PPV -- but so they can have as many major stars on the show as possible.

They obviously realized they fucked up in their booking by not putitng edge on the card and worked a way around it.

I keep hearing how Edge has been banged up and working a lighter schedule. Putting a tag belt on him allows him to still get plenty of airtime while also allowing him to rest a bit.

I just hope that since the "Unified Tag Belts" are now on two main eventers that the WWE springs for a couple of "Unified" belts instead of having them each carry the Raw and SD belts to the ring. Either that or someone has to "un-unify" the belts.

I like this possibility. Like a 2 man powertrip version 2.

When Edge came out, I was so totally hoping to hear Christian's music next. That would have reeked of awesomeness.

But Edge/Jericho is good, too.

yea, very excited about this team. They really should just go ahead and put Xtian with them as he has history with both men

Another cool thing about The Bash is it looks like Teddy Long is going to get a big push. I wouldn't mind him being named GM of all three brands.

GM doesn't work in that sense, really.

He could be something of a Commissioner though. Or maybe bring back the WWE President spot.

I don't know if "President" would work, as much as they've used "the Board of Directors". Commish Peanut Head could be gold, though.

I agree and I think they need to split them imo to give the tag teams more air time and improve the tag division.

This team reminds me of Rated RKO.

I'm trying to think of good opponents for Edge and Jericho at Night of Champions. Christian and who else?

The pop Edge and Jericho got in the arena was awesome. I loved it.

With Edge and Jericho being able to appear on all-three brands, I hope this leads to some interactions between them and Christian. Captain Charisma could work some fucking awesome matches with both Edge and Jericho on ECW.

Maybe this is the start of an attempt by the writing staff to build up a tag division again?
