Last Match/Event/DVD you watched for the first time...

Current events/matches don't count. Has to be at least a month old.

Rate it/review it/post videos/discuss it/whatever.

GD 07-10-2009 04:29 PM

I watched the "The greatest Hell in a Cell matches of all times" DVD. They say "the greatest" but they have actually added almost all the HIAC matches except for Al Snow's match.

GD 07-10-2009 04:30 PM

I give it a solid 8.

screech 07-10-2009 04:36 PM

I'm actually watching Backlash from 2003 right now. I got it in a 'Tagged Classics' two pack deal with JD '03.

Xero 07-10-2009 04:37 PM

Yeah I bought the tagged classics recently. Like 3 of them (so six PPVs).

screech 07-10-2009 04:38 PM

For those who don't remember, Backlash featured Rock v. Goldberg and Big Show playing baseball with Rey Mysterio. I'm really enjoying it. I may go out and get the rest of the PPVs from 2003 (they're all in the two packs).

Maybe I'll just get any 'Tagged Classics' I can find.

screech 07-10-2009 04:38 PM

I got them used at FYE so they cost like, 12 bucks or something.

Seth82 07-10-2009 04:41 PM

I finally watched the documentary part of the Essential Starrcade collection

Pretty good but it def. coulda been longer and they glossed over alot it seemed and just kinda went too fast

Nicky Fives 07-10-2009 05:05 PM

Armageddon 2004...... featured JBL/Taker/Eddie/Booker in ME and the "Dixie Dogfight" from TE4 with a young Miz..... not an overly great PPV, but just as good as most of the ones they do now

My Final Heaven 07-10-2009 05:37 PM

Hogan / Sid at WM8. Just never got around to watching it :-\. Wasn't a great match, it was weird seeing Hogan bump around so much. The crowd went nuts when Warrior comes out for the save at the end, he might have been insane, but damn if he wasn't over.

mike adamle 07-10-2009 05:41 PM

Recently watched Royal Rumble 2006, that shit was terrible.

The Pope 07-10-2009 06:06 PM

Jannettyzilla 07-10-2009 09:39 PM

Watching WM XX for the first time right now. Just found it at Wal-Mart for $10.

Loose Cannon 07-10-2009 11:32 PM

hmmm, I think Best of Starrcade DVD. 8/10.

I have lots of old WCW/NWA PPV DVD's I made that I have not watched yet. I need to get to them

FourFifty 07-11-2009 07:23 AM

Aside from all of the wonderful reintroductions from The Vault [/cheap plug] I watched the Rise & Fall of ECW. Great stuff. I'm glad they went tvma with that DVD.

Volare 07-11-2009 07:39 AM

Macho Madness DVD.

Jannettyzilla 07-13-2009 09:32 PM

Checking out No Way Out 2003. Primarily for Hogan/Rock II, but also to see if Triple H/Scott Steiner could be as bad as my nightmares.....

TNA Bound For Glory 2007.

Surprisingly good. I'd give it an 8.

Jannettyzilla 07-16-2009 09:14 PM

Working on finishing the Edge DVD. It got me thinking about the MITB scenarios....

Couldn't a champion just get themselves dq'd when the dude comes to cash in? I mean, in Edge's second case, Taker was one foot from the title belt that was laying in the ring...couldn't he grab it, whap the dude, and get dq'd saving his title?

Would make for a helluva storyline.

Seth82 07-17-2009 03:18 PM

Watched the 1-22-83 episode of World Class Championship Wrestling which mainly focused on the fall out after the Flair-Kerry V.Erich cage bout where Michael Hayes and Terry Gordy turned heel

Not really an entertaining show aside from Kerry's promo where he and Bill Mercer reviewed the tape of the match which made me chuckle as it appeared he was on something... of course

-I swear to you he sounded retarded the way he was talking
