So who'l get into the Hall of Fame first?
I'm sitting here, scoping out WWE tag team dvd, and a thought came to mind...
There are a few great potential "in memory of" Hall of Fame inductions that would draw, and bring out a lot of emotion. The first three people that came to mind were all on the same team. "The British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith Brian Pillman Owen Hart All three men, to their credit, has made their own contributions to WWE in their own way (or has an unrealistic following). As part of The British Bulldogs, Davey Boy Smith has entertained fans world wide with his international appeal. He was a decent solo wrestler, but really shined as part of a group. Brian Pillman was one of the most controversial personalities in WWE. While he wasn't explosive himself, he was surly the blasting cap for the Attitude Era. If Val Venis, The Undertaker, Greg Valentine, or Steve "Mongo" McNotAHorsemenInTheEyesOfRealWrestlingFans pulled a gun on Steve Austin, no one would have cared. There's just something about the whole loose cannon, or ticking timebomb persona that Pillman just pulled off. .........and then Owen has an unrealitic following. I loved the guy, and thought he was a great wrestler, but not Hall of Fame worthy. Putting him in the Hall of Fame is like losing a lump of coal that could have been a diamond. Sorry, Owen. So, who'll get into the Hall of Fame first? |

We got here too late.
Whelp, I feel mildly retarded now.
lol, I love Pillmanbut he's not getting into the HoF. If I had to guess it would probably be Davey and Owen together.
lol "tread tools".
Went with The British Bulldog, "Davey Boy" Smith.

If the people in charge are smart enough, they'd all be inducted. Because all three are fucking immense.
But the biggest obstacle holding Owen back is Martha. That's it. Otherwise, he's a lock. |
Brian or Owen. Both died way to young, but I think Pillman will get in first, since he's viewed as one of the original American lightweights.
Yeah what Zen said.
Hasn't the offer already been made to Martha to have Owen inducted but she has refused to give her 'blessing/approval'? |
British Bulldog all the way
I'd love to see all three get in, but if there were only going to be one, it'd have to be Davey Boy.
I'm gonna say all three at once. Much like The Von Erichs, The Hart Foundation will go in as a unit, with Bret accepting. As an individual, they'll be the ones not on TV. As a unit, they could very easily be the secondary (or even main) draw. They all have a certain nostalgic appeal.
However, I think that Micheal PS Hayes will get in before the Harts. |
they all should make it... huge fans of them all.... but realistically... I only see Bulldog making it in.... only because his son is currently employed.....
The only one that should get in is Owen and that wont happen which is why I voted none of them.
Davey will only get in first by himself if they do a Mania in England.
come on guys, Koko B Ware made the HOF for god sakes. So any one of those 3 should get in by those standards.
Not just that, they all deserve to anyway.
oh yea, definately.
Bulldog will get in first as others have said because his son on roster currently and will induct him. The other two will make it but little bit later down the line

If things are patched up in the next couple years, Owen is a lock.
