It has just occurred to me over the past couple months that I am/was a huge Rock mark
Dunno why my TPWW name is named after Road Dogg. Whatever. The Rock vs Austin was like my favourite Wrestlemania match ever. Loved everything The Rock did. His theme music was brilliant too. Track pants are vastly under-rated. People's Eyebrow. C'mon. I have no point to this thread, crossrine.

Which Rock/Austin WrestleMania match would you be referring to? I honestly could not draw any clear conclusion from what you said? Obviously when they faced of in WM XV for the (then) WWF Championship, that was awesome, even though Rock lost his title.:( Same with Rock/Austin II in WM X-Seven, again for the (then) WWF title, which, yeah Rock lost it to Austin again. And I don't know about you, but for my money Rock/Austin III in WM XIX in basically what was a grudge match that had been building for some 4 years, is the best of the three, because they were both pretty much heading out of the company, at least as far as on a full-time basis, and Rock putting on Austin's vest and then having Austin kick out of 3 Rock Bottoms before Rock got the win on his 3rd attempt at a WM match with Austin (loved the "3rd times a charm" unspoken reference there...great stuff.).
So, yeah, was just wondering which of the 3 you enjoyed most. |
