Alright, I really love the concept for this flick.

But the watching the trailer, I dunno man. Looks a little goofy. And some of the CGI looks, to put it charitably, a bit suspect.

Thoughts?

I saw this trailer when I went and saw D9 today. With all the talent in that movie, I expect it to be good.

Then again, this sounds like The Prophecy with a few twists and turns. So I could be wrong.

Thumbs down for me. Not really sitting well with me. Oh well. Guess I'll go picket the theaters.

It looked interesting until the guns came into play...i don't klnow why but at that point i found it shitty looking.

god I hate Dennis Quaid

I swear theres a glass case in Hollywood for casting that says "smash in case of emergency" and it has Dennis Quaids number

I can see the catholic church being all over this, calling it to be banned and shit.

I dunno, I can't really see this making enough waves for the Church to even care about it. I mean, Dennis Quaid is no Tom Hanks or Mel Gibson.

It's looks decent but the release date leads to believe that this could be a turkey and those dissing Quaid common dude is a good actor but yeah he's no Paul Bettany that's for sure.

This was seriously the worst fucking movie ever!

I never say that about movies i was actually excited to see. The story was complete shit, the characters were in an apocalypse and when they got done being scared, they went on like everything was normal without any explaination from the guy that was there to protect them. The acting was terrible. I felt like I was watching not another teen movie type of acting. Like they were being jokey but trying to be serious. There was no build up to anything and the end of the movie left me feeling like i was nowhere different than from the start.
