The difference between playing the heel and doing something really bad in real life and people disliking you because of it is very distinct. Not being able to make the distinction between the two comes with not understanding how the whole fucking thing works, I guess.
And X-Pac was a great heel.

And Cena's a great heel because people are sick of him (Granted, he was a good heel, but that's not the point).

Hitler was a great heel, too. Although like most foreigners, he was cheered in his own country as a hero.
