The Undertaker-Mankind feud lasted from 1996-1998.

The Undertaker-Kane feud lasted three rounds (1st: 1997-1999, 2nd: 2003-2004, 3rd: 2010-present)

And my favorite Undertaker feud was with Hulk Hogan back in 1991.
