I just realized what May 19 means...
Isn't there a song by Lagwagon called May 19???

What if Kane created the punk band Lagwagon, and then they kicked him out, and afterward Lagwagon recieved semi fame under Fat Wreck? Thus Kane was super pissed as a result, and remained hidden inside his basement for a few more years.

Now he's come back to take vengence against everyone in the music biz?

Not only was May 19, 1998 not a day that featured WWF television, but the whole "DNA testing" thing was done months prior to that, in the build up to Kane's WrestleMania XIV against The Undertaker.
