Win a Wrestling DVD Of Your Choice (Contest)
Alright kids, Christmas is approaching and I've got a contest for you guys. The past year I've been burning DVD's left and right of tons of wrestling shows. Whether it be transfering my VHS to DVD or getting stuff from the web, I've began making custom DVD's with menus, chapters, etc...
And a Custom DVD of the shows I will list below is the prize here. The Contest: Using the current WWE sitution, book the main storyline going into Wrestlemania. I'm not asking for a novel. If you can do it in 4-8 sentences, great. Use whatever brand you want and you can bring in outside wrestlers if you want. The best and most complete storyline wins Contest Rules *Poster will e-mail storyline to jes_pac2001@yahoo.com or PM me. *One Winner will be chosen *Winner will have his choice of 1 DVD from the list below. *Winner will also have the opportunity to customize menu screen and chapter screens for his/her DVD. *US Posters are only eligible to win the DVD. Christian Cage Shoot Interview from 2006 Lance Storm Shoot Interview from around 2005 WWE 24/7 Legends of the Roundtable shows (Bad Asses, Heatseekers, and Monday Night Wars). Basically it's 3 one hour long shows in which JR, Taz, Michael Hayes, Foley and Bischoff discuss those 3 topics. Excellent shows. If the winner sees nothing on the list he/she likes, I've got more. No one would think that Kane would win it, but he somehow pulls it off. With both men on the mat Kane looks under the ring and finds a can of gasoline. He brings it into the ring, and the announcers are going nuts, talking about how Kane will burn down the entire arena if he gets a chance. However, a swarm of refs and suits storm the ring, preventing any fire. In the weeks before the Royal Rumble all feuds escalate. Jericho and JBL are bent on destroying each other, Vince is sending Mr. Kennedy out to beat Triple H, Triple H is going after Orton, and The Undertaker and Batista keep blaming the other one for Edge winning the title. All of these feuds have “Main Event Quality” written all over it. Weeks before the Royal Rumble it’s The Undertaker and Batista vs. Edge and The Edge Heads (The Majors). Due to sloppy team work The Undertaker gets pinned by one of the Edge Heads. Vickie comes out and announces that due to the fact that The Undertaker got pinned in that match at the Royal Rumble it’ll be Batista vs. Edge. Backstage at the Royal Rumble, before the Rumble match starts (possibly after a Diva’s match) the announcers start saying “We have some breaking news in the locker room, let’s take you to it!” There’s a lot of commotion going on and Mark Henry is laid out on the floor, with his head in the doorway. Kane kicks the door, “crushing” Mark Henry’s skull. This is done with careful editing and splicing. The door can’t fully shut, but all we see is Kane kick the door, and then Kane pushes the cameraman down. There are some technical difficulties and then it the camera pans to Mark Henry, face down in a puddle of blood. Needless to say this year’s Royal Rumble will only have 29 people. 28 and a half if Hornswoggle is in it. The last Four people in the Royal Rumble match are Triple H, The Undertaker, Kane, and HBK. Almost at once sides are taken and all four men go at it for a good 10 mins. The Undertaker takes out HBK, Kane takes out The Undertaker and HHH. Batista loses his match VS Edge due to a run in by The Undertaker. This sets up for The Undertaker vs. Batista at WM. A few weeks down the line Kane announces that he’ll be challenging Edge for the WHC. He cuts a promo saying something like “This is deeper than just a title. This is my time for my fire to burn, and though the years Edge has been throwing more and more fuel on that fire. Edge has hurt me deeper than anyone else, and at WrestleMania I’m going to take everything from Edge. His title, his health, his career, and his life. This fire Burns, and so will you!” At No Way Out it’s Kane vs. The Edge Heads in a no DQ handicap match. Kane just kills them. He doesn’t win by pinfall. The ref just calls the match. Too much blood, too much gore, Kane has just lost it. Edge comes out to make the save, but backs off when Kane looks him in the eyes. Whomever is calling the match talks about the look of fear in Edge’s eyes. Going into WrestleMania Kane becomes the monster he once was. To hype up Kane vs. Edge we hear interviews from wrestlers. Mark Henry talks about how if he were to fear one man, it would be Kane. The Undertaker talks about how Kane is a heartless soul. Hell, bring in Lita and have her talk about how when Kane is a monster he has no sorrow. At this point the only people that are backing up Edge are The Edge Heads. The week before WrestleMania it’s Pick Your Poison. Both Kane and Edge want to pick The Undertaker. Kane gives in with a grin on his face as he says he’ll face The Undertaker. It doesn’t matter who Edge faces that night, Kane beats The Undertaker cleanly in the ring. At WM give Kane and Edge a good 30 mins. This isn’t a squash. It just turns into total chaos as the ref gets knocked down after 15 mins. And by down, I mean over the top rope onto the mat. Both men take advantage of it. Kane clearly has the win, but there’s no ref. The Edge Heads hit the ring and do some damage. Edge spears Kane, the ref gets back up, and your winner, and STILL champion, Edge. This is meant to be open ended. Yes, I want to see Kane win a major title and hold it for more than just one day, but at WrestleMania? Who the fuck am I kidding? He’ll win it at the next PPV. |

some really good ideas from everyone right now. not kidding.
Here's an example of what I have done personally with Heroes of World Class as my menu. "Freebird" by Lynard Skynard plays in the background on a 60 second loop.

I am from the UK but you said I could pass my storylines along "for fun". I have booked this in the most WWE way possible so I hope you enjoy!
RAW AFTER THE TRIBUTE TO THE TROOPS: DATE-WHENEVER THE FUCK THAT IS No Chance hits and you know who power-waddles to the ring like he has crabs, yup it's OLD VINNIE MAC. He grabs a mic, he's still crazy. "Cena, get out here" He does, to his music "Now the Kiss My Ass club is no longer in effect, you can be the first to enter the suck my cock club!" Cena nods like he was just asked if he wanted ice cream and gets on his knees, unzips and is just about to proceed felation when Triple H comes out, pedigrees them both and Vinces erection is snapped in two. This segment took up the full 2 hours and one of the ad breaks, ironically, was John Cena EATING FRESH gargling on a 6" sub. THE ROYALEST RUMBLEST On HeAT, John announces that he got facial herpes from being too close to Vince on Raw. The title match was Randy Orton Vs. Charlie Haas in a "resthold=loss" match. The match went on for 2 minutes with both men looking confused as for what to do next before Haas picks up the win with a roll-up. THE RUMBLE MATCH Cenas out first and anyone who comes into the ring eliminates themselves as he's trying to pass on the face herpes. Apparantly, no WWE title has enough prestiege to get an STD over. The crowd are as confused as fuck as all this was announced on HeAT. Triple H comes out in a full body condom to pick up the win, then runs Cena over with a solid platinum steamroller. Triple H grabs a mic. "Cena had a bloodline to the STD origin and by killing him I eliminated all STD! FOR I AM THE GAMEUHHHHHHHH" A promo for Wrestlemania airs hyping the live musical rendition of One Night In Chyna as the show fades to black. RAW TRIBUTE TO THE TROOPS: NEW YEAR STYLE HOSTED BY MISSY HYATT AND LITA Yeah, as expected, it just turns into a massive orgy. Triple H's assertations were also misfounded as the entire US Army contracts AIDS. ALL WWE PROGRAMMING CANCLLED LEADING UP TO WRESTLEMANIA FOR RECRUITMENT ADS FOR THE USA ARMY WRESTLEMANIA!!!!!!! X-Pac no-showed which meant that Triple H Vs. Randy Orton had become a 3 hour ironman match. The original plan was for the musical to be 2.45 hours and 15 to the title match. We went into OVERTIME at 0-0 and then the world ended. The four horsemen (not the wrestlers, dumbass) seen enough of this shit and as prophicised this Wrestlemania would be the one to "End them all" HOPE I WIN! |

ok, I've read them all.
Overall everyone had some great ideas, but one poster had to come out on top. This poster did an excellent job of using all 3 brands and using a bunch of wrestlers to lead into Mania. His setup had a great flow. I could kill him for how he actually booked Mania, but that was not the contest. Congrats to The One |

Posts: 17,313 My Dream Mania Main Event -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm going to be up front about this, sorry for Noiding the length...but here we go... First of all, this is all kind of working under the wet dream that Vince announces that the three brands will end effective the RAW after WrestleMania. Some bullshit about the talent exchange between ECW and SmackDown being so effective, plus the seemingly never ending amounts of incredible matches that are bound to happen. I don't care what the on screen reasoning is, it just happens. Alright, so Orton successfully defends at the Rumble against Jeffrey, and for the sake of saving time I'm just going to say Orton keeps the belt until the night of Mania and Edge & Punk retain from here to there. At the rumble Jericho wins, and it's all set up; Jericho vs. Orton for the WWE Title will happen. No Way Out's Elimination Chamber for the other # 1 contender happens. Insert Michaels, Kane, Taker and three other Main Eventers in the match. During the Chamber match, Taker eliminated Kane, which sparks a fury in Kane. Blah blah blah, Michaels ends up walking away with the W, and the right to face Edge for the World Title. After the Chamber match, do an online exclusive video or something with some guys in the back congratulating Michaels on his chance to become World Heavyweight Champion...the hook is CM Punk is standing right there, and kind of gets a look of "Why are you assuming he wouldn't challenge me?" But he let's it pass because this is Michaels moment. The fallowing RAW Michaels officially announces that he will be taking on Edge for the World Title, when Punk comes out. Michaels and him have a bit of a back and forth, nothing too heated, but Punk let's it known he's disappointed in Michaels not choosing a match with the ECW Champ, who just happens to be the longest reigning champ. Cue Edge, he comes out and first gets on Punk's ass, telling him the grown ups are taking and he can head back to his backyard wrestling company now. Then he kind of antagonizes Michaels saying if he wants to leave Mania with a belt, Punk is really his only option. Out of no where Kane bursts in, chokeslams all of them, and keeps screaming for his brother. On ECW, there is a 10 man battle royal to determine who will face Punk for the title; Bunch of ECW and SmackDown boy, most noteably Kane and Tista. Some eliminations happen, it ends up being Kane and Tista as final 2. Just as it gets down to only them though lights go out, light come up and Taker flying clotheslines Kane out of the ring. Batista kind of looks around a bit in shock of what just happened, when Undertaker jumps back in the ring, grabs Tista and Tombstones him. SmackDown now, Edge talks about a lot of people have been jumping around lately, but the brand split isn't over yet, and SmackDown is HIS show. Orton suddenly comes out, says some crap about from one champ to another, from Rated RKO teammate to another, he hopes he's always welcomed with Edge...Edge is about to say of course when Orton interupts him and tells him even if it's not, it doesn't matter because Orton is THE WWE Champion, and no ECW or World Belt truly means anything compared to that. You know what...blah blah blah...a bunch of shit happens and it ends up being a one night tournament to unify all the World Titles... Orton Jericho Kane Undertaker Edge Michaels Punk Batista Jericho finally beats Orton to save us, Kane becomes the first person to beat Taker at Mania, Michaels takes the World Title from Edge, and Punk miracle retains agains Tista. Next round, Jericho beats Kane (who took 3 tombstones in the previous match), and Michaels picks off the ECW Belt from Punk. Final match of the night is Michaels v. Jericho...as long as their bodies could withstand with Jericho once again becoming for the second time the Undisputed Champion |

Congrats to ToVo! It's well written, logical, but I think his idea is fucking stupid. Do we really need five hours of programing all about people going after one title? Then again, I
 the brand split.I knew I should have gone with Matt screwing Jeff out of the WWE title instead.... |
