The concept of a TNA written by Paul Heyman almost makes my pants wet. It is enhanced by how bad the writing for TNA currently is.

So who exactly is in the Main Event Mafia? It seems logical that Sting and Kevin Nash would be in it, but are Booker T and Kurt Angle confirmed? Team 3D joining also makes a shit-load of sense. Sheik Abdul Bashir may not have been the biggest star in the WWE, but his current character just reeks of his Khosrow Daivari persona, and he was buddies with Angle in TNA -- will he join?

I know I am asking questions about the future, but the subtext of what I wanted to convey was this: Does TNA actually know the answers to those questions, and where exactly are they going with this angle; which actually could turn out pretty good.

Fire Russo and Mantell and make Jarrett divest in TNA. that's the first two steps for TNA's healing. Step 3 is promote Cornette and have Heyman work with him. Hire someone decent for a filter.

I wouldn't be surprised if they drop the Main Event Mafia angle next week. This is TNA we're talking about...
